Medical marijuana dispensaries in Macomb, Illinois

Meg was fantastic, she worked with my sister & I, assisting us in finding a product that suited our needs. Thanks Meg

Been a few times and they are by far the best place. Definently my 1st choice. Great job One15!!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff, great location, easy in and out. Best dispensary in the area.

The staff at this location have been super helpful with recommendations and teaching me about the basics of cannabis. Love visiting here! Wish it was a bit cheaper, otherwise I love this dispensary!

My Go-To Spot for Years! Elite Cannabis isn’t just a dispensary—it’s THE spot. I’ve been coming here for years, and they never miss. The staff? Absolute legends—friendly, knowledgeable, and always hooking me up with solid recommendations. Their product lineup is top-tier, whether you’re after flower, edibles, or something fresh to try. If you want reliability, good vibes, and consistently fire products, this is your place. 10/10 recommend!

Love them! They were open even with no phone lines from the tornado.
