Very professional and respectful. The meds are great. They have very good prices, best prices I've seen around the area. I drive 30 min to get here and I have a dispensary in my town. So that says alot.

So I learned of this place through a guy who used to work at Supura and when I finally figured out how to get there OMG I love it! It's a deli style little place. There's a girl with purple hair, a girl with curly hair I think she's in the back now and a guy I usually see on times I go but everyone is super nice! The prices are so good I actually don't even go anywhere else anymore when I'm in town! This place is definitely on my top 3 of my favorites! The manager guy Jakoda I think he's definitely the homey we always get a great greeting when we come in!! In the summer they have this cute little kid selling hot dogs outside and chips! Seriously who else does that! Y'all are definitely missing out if you haven't been to this hidden little gem!!

I have to say, I have been to a lot of dispensaries across this country and 315 Primo in Branson West is my absolute favorite place! Not only do they have great prices, their staff is unbeatable! Everyone I've ever encountered there is amazing, they're always smiling, I've never had anyone have an attitude, it's a great environment, great people, great products! Staff is knowledgeable about product availability, strain information & lineage & they're honest with you about what they like and don't. When you have an environment like they do, it's easy to drive the extra 40 minutes to spend your money where the business is exceptional & so are the people! You know who you are! I've been to other shops and nothing feels more natural to me than the old school headshop feel I get here. The ability to actually look at more than 1 nug before committing to the buy is a big + for me as well. Other shops feel like a best buy our apple store in my opinion

When you visit this dispensary it’s such a personalized experience. The owner to the shop Alex, really cares about his customers and wants them to be satisfied with their products. He will go into great detail so you know exactly what your purchasing. I live an hour away from this shop but it’s worth the trip. I highly recommend them!

Best dispensary anywhere around by far! Incredible quality products with a wide variety of options for anything you could possibly need or want. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff are super welcoming every time you walk in…. I’ve had a ton of questions about strains and products because I have to be extremely careful due to my anxiety/ptsd and every time I have any questions they go above and beyond to help me. The shop is super laid back with a great vibe and they have some really cool art murals and paintings on the walls. I love to tell people I meet or people I know about Stairway, how much they have helped me and how fabulous they are, I will be a loyal lifelong customer! 13/10 stars

Checked this place out over the weekend. Great displays for the products with everything nicely laid out. The bud tender was making my cart on his tablet so I didn’t have to keep making him walk everywhere to get my stuff. I was able to browse and read packaging without feeling rushed, which rarely happens at other dispensaries. The place was also nice looking and very professional. I may have found my new regular spot
