Best weed dispensaries in Elizabeth City, North Carolina with authentic reviews

We travel 5 hours every month and have been coming since their grand opening. Legit they make you feel at home. And the quality? Top tier. 10/10 recommend!

a very safe, at home feeling atmosphere with fast and respectful service. Will definitely be returning soon and recommending to friends and family

Amazing! Very nice and secure, super helpful on finding things and knowledgeable.

This is the epitome of what a local dispensary should be. The staff are friendly and knowledgable, the menu is clearly visible and legible, and the atmosphere is always positive and uplifting. And the cannabis itself is unquestionably high quality, which is really all that matters. I would choose this dispensary even if another was slightly closer.

This location has an extremely welcoming staff. I’ve been to the other locations and this one is the only one in Tidewater I use because the staff here knows what’s up. They will remember who you are, what you like, help you with the app so you get the best price, and tell you when your favorite is on sale. They’ll help you setup the reward app, and most importantly, they will help you make the right decision about what to get. And believe me you want the right thing, this isn’t the cannabis you’re used to from the street. I’m super impressed with all the employees and everything Ive enjoyed from Zen Lead Norfolk.

The staff are product knowledgeable and friendly. GREAT to have a dispensary in Norfolk!!!

AMBER – Shockoe Glow (Live Rosin Cartridge) Shockoe Glow is a smooth, body-focused live rosin cart that really shines when it comes to physical comfort and overall feel, without messing with your head. Onset & Overall Feel: The effects don’t hit all at once — it comes on gradually. Within about 5–10 minutes, I felt a calm, cozy sensation starting in my chest and slowly spreading through my body as a light tingling. My heart rate picked up just a bit at first, but it stayed comfortable and settled down quickly. Body Effects: This is where Shockoe Glow really stands out. It made it easy to notice and relax tension in areas where I usually feel tight, like my shoulders and joints. Stretching and moving felt good, and my body just felt more “open” and responsive. Physical sensation was noticeably enhanced, especially once I got comfortable. Mental Effects: Mentally, this stayed very balanced. I felt calm, focused, and present — not spacey, not sleepy, and not stuck in my head. I could relax, but I also felt like I could get up and move around without any problem. Mood & Desire: There was a light, natural increase in desire, especially with visual stimulation, but nothing overwhelming. It felt more like being open and receptive rather than suddenly feeling wired or distracted. Everything stayed very manageable and smooth. Dosing Notes: I started with one 4-second pull around 3.7–3.8V, then later added a very small 1-second pull to dial it in. That second hit helped push the physical effects right where I wanted them without overdoing it. Downsides: Very mild dry mouth, but that was about it. No anxiety, no racing thoughts, and no couch-lock. If anything, the first pull felt just a little under my ideal dose, but it was easy to adjust. Final Thoughts: Shockoe Glow is a great option if you want strong body relaxation, better physical sensitivity, and a clear, calm head. It’s not flashy or overpowering — it just quietly puts you in a really comfortable place.

Staff very helpful and the predicts were A1. I'LL BE coming back regularly

The owners of this establishment are honest, hard-working, family oriented people, and are definitely upstanding members of the community. When we moved to Havelock, we had to look for a new legal cannabis dispensary. We went to a few places, but we found that Harmony Hemp Farmacy was right up our alley. Not only were the products high-quality and their prices are fair but their staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They definitely keep us coming back and I would recommend this place to anyone in the community! Thank you Harmony Hemp for helping us stay grounded and our minds spiritually open for more positivity.

Wow! What a duo working today, Ms. Largely and my main man Charlie were spot on. C man was so knowledgeable about all the different questions I ask and helped me to properly pick the Flower suited for today and my mood. Preash! Then Ms. Laruel was so kind and helpful getting me checked out and set up for some awesome kick-back deals. Such a sweet woman, Thank you Ms. Laruel, your the best! As for the product: gummies: 8/10 Flower: 7.9/10 ( I started on bottom on purpose, still fire!) Thank yall Apotheca!!! -J

Mark is amazing. He meets you where you are, attending to what you need, not what products he’s trying push out the door. He’s everything you want in an owner, if you want to learn about the product and the bioscience behind it. I cannot recommend Herbal Solutions any higher… LOL.
