Captain Jack's

Huge line for online order pickups and even though when you go in they have 1 person doing online orders and 4 people taking the walk ins. Slow and unbalanced checkout, when the walk in line going faster and the people are coming out first it defeats the purpose of the online ordering.

The best dispensary I have been to by far! Walked in not really knowing everything I was looking for and was greeted by Becca. She was very knowledgeable, patient and answered all of my questions. She didn't make me feel dumb & wasn't trying to rush me like some places I've been to. She was such a professional and like really knew her sh!t. All of the products I came home with have been top quality and were exactly as she described them. Even though the drive was a bit further from my usual place, it was completely worth it because of the amazing service I received. Run, don't walk, to Captain Jack's and ask for Becca when you get there!

I swing through Captain Jacks about every other week, and have had exemplary service every time. Today, SteviAnne and Daniel made my cannabis buying experience really special. Superb customer service, as usual!

My loves at CJ’s you’re doing that damn thing. I love that they have come so far. They continue to grow and expand. I love the environment and the professionalism they’ve carried since upland. I also love that I can order ahead and skip the line. The bud tenders deserve a hug they are so nice and very knowledgeable. Will always return. Oh and the products are reliable never had an issue with any cartridges or any hardware. Edible selection out of this world. They’re always adding the best companies to work with. They’ve got it all.

I order through Captain Jacks pick up service and my order is usually wrong. Last time an ordered item was missing, this time I had 2 incorrect items. They confirm my order is ready and when I get there I have to wait while they fix it. I understand they are busier lately, but there has to be a way to be busy and correctly fill orders.

high prices and poor mgmt, i was overcharged for 2 eighths and the blonde haired mgr. refused to reimburse me so i took my $700 a month business elsewhere!

Online ordering is so nice if you know what you want. They have a great staff so even waiting in line isn’t so bad if you need help or have questions. Great selections across the board. Super chill inside.

I felt welcomed. The staff were friendly and offered me tons of helpful advices. explanations were top level. Got help from Blake and he was a great and friendly fellow.

Best Shop in the IE. All the employees are very helpful and very professional. Blake helped me out today and he was very thorough and friendly. Will return.

Nice people and safe place

I was told by budtender that they took away the rewards system due to covid-19 . I was shocked that during a time lol this they would discontinue the use of the rewards system that many people like me really look forward to getting at every visit . I was told very rudely by bud tender that "Hey man we cant have every one touching one tablet!" Which I understand but why is it so difficult to ask for your number and type it in via budtender so theres no cross contamination? For a guy that goes there 3 times a month it's the first upset I've had .

I've been a regular Captain Jack's customer since they opened and have had few issues other than out of stock ones. The employees are always friendly, helpful, and efficient even when there are a lot of customers. I usually order online and pick up when I get off work. This seems to be the best way to ensure availability and quick check out. Prices are inline with other dispensaries in the area. I would definitely recommend Captain Jack's to anyone looking for a good dispensary. I am a 68 y/o female who prefers tinctures and edibles.

The associate at the online pickup gave me an attitude because I had a change of heart on the flavor of my item. She stated,”if there was a line....” she wouldn’t have been able to do it, but that’s BS because that’s not the first time I’ve been there, and I’ve seen them jump out from behind the counter to swap something. ITS YOUR JOB TO HELP CUSTOMERS LADY, YOU WORK IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SECTOR PLEASE DO THE JOB THAT YOU ARE GETTING PAID TO DO, NOT JUST TAKE MY MONEY, I AM THE CUSTOMER I AM HOW THE STORE STAYS OPEN.

Today was my first visit to Captain Jack’s. The ambience, the tone, and the people made the experience SUPER easy. I’d recommend ordering ahead to smooth sail in and out like I did. 😉 Leonard, my dude. You keep doing what you’re doing! Kosher Kushed it today and was honesty leery because its been two years since my last experience. Let me be the first to tell you today that it’s some straight⛽‼️

Came down off the mountain for my CBD gummies. They had them in the back but the manager refused to sell them to me. As a result I left with products that were more expensive and I am sure less effective. I don't blame the saleswoman. She tried to help me. I'm sure they will be on sale tomorrow but I only have enough money to come down once a month. I was very disappointed about my visit today.

Best dispensary in my area. Friendly staff, love the fact that I can order on Leafly and just pick up at Captain Jack's. Quality carts, quality weed. Tried somewhere else but came back to Captain Jack's after I bought a cart that broke half way through using it.

Ive been in love this shop since day 1...the atmosphere is so amazing every time I do the vibe is so mellow...it makes you want to go back again and again....my favorite flower they have is true og...im always getting it and I had a king Louie pre rolled and it was amazing.

Usually the service is excellent, but this time it was just average. I ordered online through Leafly and the customers that walked in were getting out faster than the online customers.. The quality of the product is not as good as in time past. If I had a choice I would explore other dispensaries but this location is the closest, maybe in the future more competition will be available..

I’ve done walk ins plenty of times & always walked out satisfied, this was my first online order & pick up & more than likely I’ll always order online for now on. I literally walked up, checked in, picked up my order & walked out. It was so quick, easy & convenient. Online is my go-to for now on! 👍🏻

So I figured I'd grab some top shelf weed for my friends bday. I paid almost 110$ for 7 grams of their supposed "top shelf". Got home only to discover the weed was bone dry; hardly even smokable. I called to complain but the best they could do is 10% off next order. Don't be fooled by their clean decor and professional decorum. These guys are trash. Stick to your "guy" and what you know to be true and blue. wow im literally going to cry myself to sleep because im outta time to buy my bestie a bday present. what a sh** show.
