Every time I go to captain jacks I have a good experience The staff are friendly and talkative I always do order in so it’s always in n out and there products are quality and at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend 💯

Pick up line is sometimes slower than the regular line which makes no sense, but the service at the pick up bar is stellar. (Please have the pick up area be it's own area, putting it at the bar slows down orders like crazy and totally defeats the purpose of ordering ahead of time.) One major suggestion: if you're ordering online, totally disregard the THC and CBD percentages - they never match the actual in-store percentages. This is my 3rd time expecting to pick up ~30% joint (as listed online) and in person I get some 14.7% dud. Don't really like being mislead, but weed is weed I guess, especially for the small price I usually pay. Can't complain beyond that. This place is the only one like it around, and the atmosphere makes it all worth it. Friendly service, knowledgeable staff, and overall inviting/welcoming attitude.

Came here last week and was really impressed with the knowledgeable, friendly and organized staff. I kept reading reviews about the long wait time but it’s honestly not bad because they are so organized. Especially with them having the option to place your order online prior to pick up. The facility itself is beautiful w/a great atmosphere and I have already recommended it to a few friends. Looking forward to coming back!

The customer service is always exquisite. I have a great time engaging and also being engaged with the employees. It’s always fun and very lighthearted. They always give great advice and I am always going to be a loyal customer for that reason. Lizz is my favorite employee!😁

I always come here but my husband is the one that always walk in but I came for the first time today and I actually really enjoyed my visit. Everybody there is so nice and so professional. I love how the staff really makes you feel comfortable especially on my first day. It is so clean and nice. I love how the place is setup it looks so classy. I look forward into coming back. This is the only place into to and get my edibles.

I had a pickup order, but had to stand in the same check in line with the regular customer, which probably would have been okay, but there was only one checkin girl work the desk, and the line for checking wad out the door. I really like the order ahead of time , it saves a lot time. Maybe you could do a express checkin for people just ordering on line.

I came in for edible stuff and Lloyd was extremely knowledgeable. He answered all my questions about edibles, since it was my first time to try edibles, I had a lot of questions and he took the time to answer and provide personal experiences. I appreciated his patience and understanding. Outstanding service!

I love this place! It's not always a smooth visit but I give it 5⭐'s anyway. Like today for instance I was in line for for a while which is not common. It's the holiday rush and I get it. Since I had time I looked at the menu and saw a few promos but when I got up to the counter they said those were old from last friday lol. Ya boy was excited for a deal cus Christmas was expensive. "Can you say sacrifice"? hahaha. But regardless of any mishaps this place is awesome and nobody's perfect. Just go to the lounge and smoke up hahaha.

I love that when I shop online for my flower. It gives a detailed overview of what the strain does. One of the ones I wanted was in store only. This is why I love captain jacks cuz I just asked the bud tender to get it for me and they do. No long line. Beer variety, best quality and best SAFE dispensary there is. Good vibes

Ordered to go around 1:30pm (Tuesday, June 30th). Fellas that served me were top notch. Blonde manager came around barking orders about making sure to keep track of staples and bags like they were fast food workers. Always good prices and 1 on 1 service. The manager though may need a leadership class or two though. And to the fellas that served me thank-you!!

Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable about what is best for your needs. And since I'm over 55 I get a senior discount. Love this place. Very clean and you feel comfortable. My boys shop here and so do several friends.

Even tho a little pricy, this was the place to go until false advertisement. I ordered as advertised quantity 2 -1g cartridge (but I thought were wax since thats the pic they had for it and no other info was shown), after picking up and checking the bag when I got home I received half gram cartridges, I double checked the site and they no longer had the cartridge/wax advertised but I checked my order and it shows one gram each and since im sure I cant just go back and get a refund I'm stuck with 2 half gram and needing to buy a PAX vape.

Blake was the absolute perfect person to help us get exactly what we needed for our week-long trip at Joshua Tree. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient and just overall awesome in his friendly attitude. There were four of us with all different needs and wants and he walked us through all the options for the different edibles and tinctures and flowers that fit best for each of us. We had a blast on our trip, thanks to Blake!
