No dark chocolate espresso beans. I asked the manager to please order more because they are always out. The gal who waited on me didn’t offer alternatives for the items I asked for that we’re not there. I need help because I am not that experienced. Also people waited in line while she let me fumble my way. it would’ve gone so much faster had she helped me with recommendations. Prior to this visit the staff have been very helpful!!😍

Place is always the go to for me. The inside in clean, safe and selection is very good. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately due to the plandemic the concentrate smoking is temporarily closed :( ... Highly recommend this location to any green Connoisseur, no clone or fake low quality product here. They have good medicine selection for Higher CBD ratios 😁 .... Brand wise they have medium, high and some premiere brands. This is cash only but they do have ATM inside :) please support this location if you are in the are or want to make a quick trip.

As an anxious first time shopper, I really appreciated the warm, friendly staff. I received top notch 1:1 care with suggestions for how best to ease in to using cannabis products. The shop was clean, organized, and felt very professional. I feel like the staff genuinely cared that I have a good experience both in store and with my products once home. I will definitely be back!

I love that I can pre-order and use a separate line to get in-and-out quickly. The only thing I wish can change : is when I do an on-line order (something things change in peoples schedule and can’t pick it up the next day.. it would be awesome if Pre-orders can be allowed to be held at least one extra day for pick up. Other than that all your staff is amazing and very nice people. I would love to be apart of that team one day.

The place is great but they need to work on updating the leafly menu for orders and make sure to post actually thc percent not total thc on the online menu.

I love how they changed the booths style. Ive been going her since it opened. Honestly its the best legal shop in the I.E. I always use the online order service. Best way! Save what your buying order it and then you are sure they will have it! Staff is always AMAZING. The online order check out is the best! The guys that work there are funny and know how to treat customers. There is one guy that wears a bandana in the order check out. All the regulars know him and he's always cheerful with everyone. Simply put best shop and i love it there!

Captain Jack's is a legit spot. Definitely not shady. Its more like a weed boutique than a normal shady spot. The security guard mike definitely good people helped me out alot today as it was my first time ordering online and picking up instore saves you the hassle of waiting in line on busy days. The bud tenders are knowledgible and can recommend different strains for your needs. The big thing that sets this place apart is the cannabos bar and lounge it provides you with a safe place to chill and smoke your green, edibles, and concentrates for hours. They got spots to take dabs and multiple volcanoe vaporizers for all your toking needs definitely a chill spot I highly recommend.

Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable. I was helped by Jessica. She was amazing! Listened to all of my needs and recommended a variety of products that I would benefit from. I suffer from chronic pain and anxiety however I don’t want to be zoned out on the couch all day. Jessica taught me about different products for my different needs. She is a great ambassador for your store! I loved her positive energy!

I love shopping at Captain Jack's. The selection is vast and being new to the scene, I tend to need a little guidance. Yellow is always very nice and informative and helps me find just what I'm looking for. The entire staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The quality is amazing too! I'm enjoying my weekend 😊

Quality would be closer to 3.5 stars if I could do it. While I've never gotten a bad product from here, the constantly changing menu makes it impossible to really find anything that you like. The strains change on a regular basis, the flavors of edibles, etc. Doesn't matter if you're getting flower, cartridges, edibles, whatever. This wouldn't be a big deal except they're very frequently out of sativas, especially when it comes to flower. Compared to my home state of Colorado the prices are pretty high, but that's not unique to this particular store, and is more of a SoCal thing. I do dislike that they charge a higher price for sativas on average when compared to indicas and hybrids, coupled with the limited availability that I mentioned above. Everything else is great. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is fairly convenient with ample parking. I'm hopeful that as competition in the area increases (for a while, CJ's was the only recreational dispensary in town) that some of my issues will be fixed. As it is, I'm a frequent customer, though that's partially because I got used to them being a monopoly of sorts.

Love this place, although in the past I did not have to take my stuff out of my pocket. Little inconvenience but dislike how the security gets very close to the customers when checking. Wish y’all would still check temperatures. Lastly, I dislike I had to sign the Receipt. Like why do this when we are still in a pandemic. I understand but the employees can easily ask and show the products to the costumers to double check that is what they ordered. Or have a verbal agreement and sign for us. Dislike using other people pens right now so I recommend carrying your own pen. Great place to check out!

2nd time in. Ordered online and it was ready way in advance. They were out of the flower I wanted, but the budtender, (forgot to get his name) helped me out right on the spot and came up with something very comparable. Thank you sir. I loved the selection and found the nano products I wanted as well as something for my dog that has severe anxiety. The bud tender was really knowledgeable and took her time to help me and explain how to use it for my pup. The inside is really cool too, especially when the lounge opens. Pretty busy so I recommend ordering ahead for a quick trip. Staff was friendly. Best prices as well for the products I purchased that I’ve seen in the area. Happy hours nice too because of the taxes (1-5 everyday 5% off)
