Cinder in the valley is always helpful, but on 12/3 I visited and was helped by Mervin. He was by far the most knowledgeable, patient with my questions and recommended my favorite products, so far.

I go to cinder all the time and I'm rarely disappointed. The last two or three times I've gone I've had the pleasure of having an awesome budtender named Kendra! She is so helpful and cheerful. Never seems irritated to have to go back and look for something else. She is awesome and great at her job!!

Cinder is by far my favorite shop in town! I Love the new space, and how the budtenders still make us feel right at home. I wanna give a shout out to Darren. This is one of my favorite locations. However, now that they carry Phat Panda (a potentially toxic anticompetitive brand of cannabis products), I'm concerned they no longer care about the health and wellbeing of their customers. If you like this location and wish for the highest quality service and selection, let your budtender know that carrying Phat Panda products is hurting their brand.

I really enjoyed my experience at Cinder and it was mainly because of the great Budtender I got. Kendra picked out some of the best dabs I’ve had and I’ll be coming back for more!!

Best weed stores around. I live out in Airway and drive all the way out to the valley or all the way up to the north side to go to Cinder because they have the very best, most knowledgeable employees in town. They always know how to answer questions. They take their time with you and make you feel like you aren’t just another number. Every single employee has always been super friendly. They always have a bunch of customers and everyone is in and out really quick. I have another weed store a block away from my house, but I’ll always drive to Cinder. I’d go to the downtown location which is way closer to me, but I’ve made friends at the other locations, so I stick to those. I’m sure it’s great too!

They’re always super nice and very accommodating. I recommend everyone go here.

Cinder is the best shop in Spokane for live resin. Best products and large selection. Darren assisted me last night with a return and was a great help. Great customer service!

I will never go back to that place I go in there and you get in line there are two lanes You need one lane Not two every time I walk in there They say who’s next and I’m still standing there waiting my turn Then I have walked out of there empty handed as they never have any sativas They never give you any other choices Like I said you need only one line Until then I will spend my money some where else
