Abbi Joy was extremely helpful. I visit Cinder almost every week and there’s never a long wait. Always a wide selection, great prices, and never disappointed in the convenient deals!

I love coming here! Every time I go in there the staff are super helpful and great to talk to while your in the shop! Michelle was absolutely amazing! She saw me looking at oils and jumped right over to me and started talking to me about some really great products! One that I never would have tried from HERBA and I am soooo pleased with my purchase! Thank you Michelle!!!

They had everything I needed and more the workers even helped me get back into my car after I locked my keys in the car that is above and beyond service the people here are friendly and timely they always seem to be bubbly it’s honestly an amazing dispensary

I always love this store for wax wednesday 💞 the staff is very friendly and they are always busy. The car side pick up is the best way to pick up during a pandemic.

Friendly staff when walking in. Darren was very helpful. Knowledgeable about the product. He explained different products to me. I didnt feel rushed. Very happy with the service and purchases. Trying new things and learning a few new things.

so even with a valid medical reason(fresh stitches on temple) you can not enter this store without a mask. At least thats what the skinny jerk with glasses told me as there was a cute blonde getting rung up that didn't have hers on. Been coming to the downtown and valley locations since they both opened but because of this kids double standard I will never be back again. Also doesn't help that 80% of the time they don't help the next in line because there's no system in place to know who's next. Not worth going out of my way to shop here anymore. Keep my 3500 pts, I wont be back.

I thought they were doing a great job with the current outbreak, maintaining distance and using lots of hand sanitizer for themselves and guests. The only thing I will say is that "cash only" isnt said anywhere on the website, the ordering menu, or in the store, so that when I got to the front of the line I had to get out to get cash. A very friendly staff member gave me a discount for going through the lines twice, which satisfied me, but for future customers something should be displayed about cash only.

Honestly my favorite weed shop. Friendly staff especially Branden G. Knowledgeable and they always have great deals going ! Come buy a full spec cart for sure !

First time Visit to Cinder & it was awesome ! Our Bud tender Darren was very personable & answered any questions we had and gave us some great recommendations !

I love the quality and potency of the products I purchase. I love that I can have no idea what I want, but the employee always has the best recommendations. My only issue is the constant shifting of prices. Boyfriend and I have been going on Wednesdays and Saturdays to buy the regulator brand oil because it's on sale. Usually get 5 of the 1 gram packs. Usually could go in with $40-50 and that would cover the cost. But today ended up spending $68??? Also,especially with current situations like the pandemic, I feel you should have a person mainly just for security working there. Tension is high and people are stressed and worried. But that doesn't excuse two grown men almost fighting in the store and threatening to shoot each other when they got outside.... And no employee heard, saw, or did anything about it. I get that on days where the discount is more popular, it's busier, but it doesn't make me feel safe or want to come back if the lack of supervision means I could possibly get shot by somebody on edge that just needs to get stoned.

Darren was incredibly helpful and informative. I didn't feel rushed to make up my mind. It seems as if he genuinely cares that I buy the products that are right for me. (As do your other budtenders.)

This is my favorite store in the Spokane area. Darren is a great person to get service from. I can be pretty indecisive when it come to purchasing products. He is very patient and outgoing to help me find my winner. After I thank him for his patience he just shrugs and says it’s his job. Great employee great person. Thanks again cinder fam

I always have a great time shopping at Cinder. Mindy went above and beyond today to help me find some edibles. Never had a bad product or a bad employee there.(I’ve gone through at least 50 of their concentrate cartridges without a single failure) I recommend this place to everyone in the market for THC&CBD products. It might be “more expensive” but their deals are top notch and their products always speak for themselves. I don’t shop anywhere else anymore.

I dont usually like this store because it's so compact and other customers are usually pretty rude. So I tried to online order. Ordering online itself was pretty ridiculous and not easy to maneuver. Then getting there because there was no parking I had to come to the door and stand there for another 10 minutes. However the employees are always super nice and trying to make it a better experience. Things get crazy at times. I would come back but not through online ordering.

I like Cinder and order all my flower in the Spokane Valley location. Today when I picked up my 200.00 ounce, the seal had been unstuck and then looks like it had been re-stuck.. it was just sitting on the lid. It was dirty behind the part of the sticker that had been peeled back. I don't have a scale to weigh the product. Look at your jar before you leave your store..lesson learned.

I did curbside pickup. It was very convenient and safe. I had to change my order when I called to pick up my purchase. The staff was very nice, helpful and informative about the product. Thank you for the great experience.
