Kind of chaotic in the store if it’s busy not much direction for customers. Didn’t catch the guys name but he was wearing a frog or gecko shirt but he was zero help and unwilling to help turned me and multiple customers away because he couldn’t find the orders but all of us had confirmed ready for pick up.

I love coming in here. Never in a rush so I like browsing around. Lot of great product. I love wonderbrett and ofc cookies Gary Payton. Very fire first time discounts and next 3 visits

Avoid! Check Harvest Dates! Sold 8 month old product covered in mold. When I returned, Sam the “expert” disappeared for 20 minutes and then came back telling me it was all fine, just that it was really old and there was nothing they could do. Took the product to two other dispensaries that confirmed both budrot and mold. No Customer service, no offer to replace, exchange, look for better harvest states or anything else. No, rather Sam and the management of Cookies/Nirvana woukd rather you smoke old moldy product and end up sick, rather than fix a small mistake. Clearly they are sneaking old product in on online orders as I was not shown a date when I picked them up. always ask to see the bag and the date here! There is a reason they don't show you.

Got lucky n got the best budtender again tonight n I'm not just saying that because I think she's hott. She ALWAYS gives me great advice on my flower purchass. Super Happy tonight with an oz of grape illusion for70$+ tax and I got to see my favorite Hott budtender. Smoking it now n it's a perfect representation of the strain. Smells like sour+sweet grapes@the same time. Awesome

just dont leave a review if your recreational cuz you wont get there review deal smh so its only for medical card holders and everytime i get from here i get mad attitude for asking questions like i want to know what im spending mad bread on or i could just buy from the streets and save money yall are being greedy instead of taking care of your customers and make sure they dont have to buy from the streets and they get what they want. its sometimes almost like a hate for people the smoke like were just lesser then like i expect this treatment from the police not the people who work at a dispensary
