reward program sucks so bad you spend 4k to get 40 dollars off a transaction. screw that!!! jars points system is better any place has a better offer than that. it's just nirvana with a name change place sucks. even Las Vegas is better than this place and they charge 65 a 8th

They well put ads on products and they won’t even have just for u to go in and say no I ordered and they said it was ready for me to go in and tell me they never had it I wasted time and gas wen I could’ve went to jars or sol flower but they said they had it so I was not able to get anything after so dnt wast your time on cookies go anywhere but cookies.. they act like they have watt u want wen they dnt and they welll force. It over watt u dnt want at the end.. nooo I won’t recommend this place to no one better off not smoking den to go there

First, let me say my review has nothing to do with the dispensary associates as they are always amazing. However It's a chaotic experience as a customer. Everyime I place a online order for pickup the line will have 10 people in it and line out the door. They need to have multiple employees at pickup window and need some sort of shade for those stuck outside . Not to mention pick up should be in and out like everywhere dispensary I've been to. Then I decided to try just going inside. That was even more chaotic and I ended up leaving. You get checked in, standard process, then they day go on back and and someone eill help you. There was 15 customers on the sales floor and 2 employees walking around taking orders with a tablet. There was no order, no name being called, nothing. Everyone was just standing around unsure of who was being helped next. While u was in there about 10 minutes, no new people had ordered and I saw 2 others walk out. Love the open floor design, but they need more employees working during busy hours and weekends. Also it would help if they would call your name in order of checking in to be helped.

I like coming here because the service is always awesome. This recent visit seemed weird. Hardly greeted and the service lacked the charm they usually have. It could be that it was late and their shift was almost over after a long day which I understand. This experience will not keep me from coming back. The product is always A1

I have been going here since it opened and was solely a Nirvana. Now with the Cookies name, even better products and they carry the Cookies lineup! I love the Everyday ounces, always priced well and some awesome strains to choose from! Check them out for sure!

Worst dispensary I have ever been to… the employees have zero idea what Customer Service. Their product is not even worth dealing with their shitty employees. I would literally give them zero stars, but I’m forced to give them one. not even a convenient location and the worst Customer Service I have ever received. I will never return to a cookies location anywhere.

the customer service here is horrible. Be careful ordering online they like to switch the products and not tell you. then when you say something, they have the nerve to have an attitude about it.

Prior to the name change from Nirvana to Cookies, management changed and it was definitely for the best. Since the change, products have been amazing and the service has been equally as good. They have great deals and actually have the product in stock, in most cases. Even after the change to Cookies, they kept the same manager and its continued to flow and be an amazing spot to go to for medicinal needs.

I still come to this dispute because it used to be Nirvana. Good options but the best costumer service
