Craft Cannabis - Mill Plain

I have been going to this place for over 6 months now and provided plenty of business with New Vansterdam. I had a card to leave a review on any dispensary that is affiliated with Leafly and receive a Free Pre Roll. When I went to turn in the card with my username and the date of my review on it to New Vansterdam, the manager and workers refused to honor the Leafly card or my positive review. The manager said " We do not honor anything from Leafly" even though they use the website and ask for their customers to leave reviews on the Leafly website. I'm very unsatisfied with my experience at this New Vansterdam location. I have referred many friends to this location to do business in the past and they are all greatly unappreciative of the quality of customer service. New Vansterdam should not affiliate their business with Leafly if they are not willing to honor Leafly promotions and deals. I am very unhappy and will not continue to do business or encourage business with New Vansterdam anymore after this last encounter.

This location is amazing! My girlfriend and I went here recently and the atmosphere from the minute you walk in is friendly and welcoming. From the person that greets you at the door to the sales people. The selection is also very good we noticed top quality strains of flower and extracts priced at some very good deals thanks to the lady that helped us "thank you again Jennifer!" The one thing I think we like the most is how clean and nice the inside of the store looks the counter tops are made of tree slabs the product is all put out in nice clean glass cases and they have no problem grabbing 3-4 different things if you are interested in looking at them. Definitely give this store a visit!

Hey lady (yolanda) you sold me a 22% indica 22% I believe. You sold to me @ 8 once I got home and hit it I got 6 hours hours of sleep. I told you what I would think. I'm hitting another few hits to go back to sleep but critical plus was awesome it was heavy to me. I love it five dollars a gram I should have stocked up. Just letting you know I love it and before I fall out again. I told you I'd give you a shout out. I don't gotta get up to six but damn I found I strain that helps with sleep. Critical plus. I come in here quite often and everybody is very knowledgeable... Yolanda always goes above and beyond to answer any questions and show me different strains.keep up the good work!

The quality of the bud is nice, but if I have to put up with customer "service" that makes me feel like an inconvenience for simply walking in the door, I'd rather go elsewhere. The team members you have in the back area actually giving you the product are consistently awesome, but EVERY single time I have gone in (about a dozen times now) I have either received NO service from the front counter, or someone has made some sort of rude comment. My last trip, I was asked if "my generation" just doesn't understand an I-pad. I am 34. Seriously, guys: it is time to hire some new staff.

I've been going to NVA for awhile now. Very convenient location with large selection of flower, concentrates and edibles. They even have a head shop with a wide variety of pipes, bongs, pens & rigs. However, I'm not a big fan of the prepackaged flower. Sometimes the weed isn't fresh and I did have a package come up less than what I'd ordered. The budtenders seem to be hit and miss. Some are very good while others act like its a huge inconvenience if you ask them a question. Also, go in around lunchtime on a weekday and you'll be lucky to find more than one budtender even though the place has 5 or 6 customers hanging out in need of assistance. Their computerized menu/checkout system has a bit of a learning curve and if it's your first time at NVA find a budtender to check you out. The upside is their concentrate and edible selection are the best and the biggest around and the head shop is a bonus.

Better than some, Variety, nice people, still waiting for medical side to open! Enjoyed the Top Shelf pre-roll of purple champagne, very nice white widow co2 run with 7+%terps & full profile listed. high cbd oil smooth as butter & on sale. Win Win

I have tried several different dispensaries and NV has been the only place that I've returned to ... over and over. Yolanda was very polite and professional. I've never felt awkward or uncomfortable at NV. The only negative feedback would be that the online menu has issues. It doesn't stop me from going in, but it would be nice to have an idea of current supply and detailed info online before going in.

Good prices and quality, helpful staff, 10/10 Would recommend.

I have been enjoying New Vansterdam since I started using cannabis. I have watched their store evolve into what it is now and they are always making new changes to improve. They don't always have the largest selection, but their selection tends to be pretty quality stuff. The staff is helpful and friendly and that is why I always take my mother in law there to visit. One of my favorite stores and I recommend it.

I go here often and always am impressed. The staff are all very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The prices are decent and I love the wide range of product available. Best in the area!

I love this store and the great selection of flower and edibles. I usually don't know what to get so I almost always ask the staff on hand what they recommend and they never let me down. Most days I run in to Kelso and Yolanda, they are always very knowledgeable on the flowers. Kelso is very lively and kind, while Yolanda is extremely friendly and knows her flower. I will definitely recommend this place.

As a newer resident to the PNW and new to the recreational pot activities I was extremely overwhelmed with all of the different strains and products that are now available. Ryan Mesick quickly recognized my anxieties and put it to rest with his vast knowledge of the products. I will continue to go back to New Vansterdam and I always hope Ryan is working- though all of the employees are excellent as well!

This place is awful. Their prices are so high it's ridiculous. $80 for a gram of shatter? I've bought higher quality products for 1/4 the price. On top of the extremely ridiculous prices the staff treats customers as if the customers should be kissing their ass for providing them with overpriced products. I'll definitely never ever go here again and I advise everyone else to not go here either.

I bought a vape cartridge from NV and was told if there was any problem, I could return it within 24-hours. As fate would have it, the draw tube was clogged. It was like trying to drink a very thick milk shake through a narrow straw. I bought it back within an hour, but this time I was told "there is nothing we can do for you...sorry". When I asked about the "24-hour rule" they said, "yeah, Washington law doesn't allow us to exchange product". This place is a complete shame and their "bud tenders" are not very well educated when it comes to vape concentrates. I have since learned how to clear this type of clog, but no thanks to NV.

Haven't visited many dispensaries in SW Washington, but NV is way better than any dispensary that is in my town. They had a really good selection of concentrates and Ryan helped me pick out some super tasty Aurum OG.

the environment product and service has always been excellent. Jennifer is a good example of someone who goes out of her way to make sure your questions are answered and can get you what you need and has always been extremely friendly.

Cori's beautiful smile is enough to keep me coming back! But honestly I have never gone anywhere else. Never needed to! I have all I need here! Great customer service, very knowledgeable, and great selection. Love this place!
