I left a review for kelso and yolanda before. I want to say that they had a sales for 5.00 prerolls. I had Nine dollars because I worked in service industry and I have to wait too night to smoke. Yolanda went out her way and got one dollar for me I felt bad cause I couldn't tip. Yolanda stated that she doesn't want to live lose my business over 1.00 or a tip. She gladly had me wait 3o seconds I got two sour diesel for I gram each 24% thc and she gave me a dollar from her heart. She said she's not their to dollar pinch a customer but make them happy. I always come when Kelso or yolanda wotk. Cause they work hard you leave happy. Thanks yolanda You said I've been their and you made me feel like every weed store wants to hoard you and not try to get over

This is very first dispensary I ever visited when it became legal, and no others have compared since. Freakin love the place.

Loved it. Was empty in the early afternoon, but I'll take that. Bud-tender recommended and I made my decision based on her recommendation. Staff was super helpful. The pre rolls worked out great. Thank you to the short haired gal who helped me.

I've been here twice now and won't be back. The first time I waited entirely too long for anyone to acknowledge me, finally a young lady did. Second time I left after waiting over 5 minutes for any acknowledgement without getting even eye contact or "we'll be right with you"... Fair to mention this was mid week, mid afternoon and there were only 2 other parties there shopping. Products are fine, just not the best system and totally not friendly or attentive.

Everytime I've gone to New Vansterdam in the last year I've gotten great product and great service. Favorite sales person of all is Yolanda.

The customer service was superb given by Yolanda enjoyed hearing updated information..Experience was great and I'll be back!

Nice place some staff are better than others. Well stocked good prices everything is prepackaged and labeled. I now look for specific staff when I visit for reviews and questions. Other staff I avoid as they aren't very helpful and can be rude.

Dig the location and all the wood walls. Always quick, this is where I go when in WA

There are plenty of things that New Vansterdam shouldn't be faulted for, like the ridiculously high donation of MJ or the fact that the growers are gouging with inferior product in WA. The state's lousy, hyper-controlled rollout of what the voters legalized are to be blamed for this. The things I do fault New Vansterdam (NV) for are numerous, though. I have a medical card, but wanted to go up to see what the whole "legal" experience was like in WA. Spoiler alert: it's what you'd expect from Vancouver, WA. The good: -you can buy legal weed here The bad: -first, this store is somewhere between a state liquor store and a porn shop. It feels shady and unwelcoming. Fluorescent lights, beige walls, very boomy and loud, a "shotgun" showroom like a gun shop. -I was more knowledgable than most of the staff on marijuana strains. Today they unveiled the new pre-loaded oil pens. The staff knew nothing about co2 oil, I actually had one of them tell me that the $79 (sold for $25 in dispensaries) was a "good deal" - on said already expensive vape pens, NV's donations were $10 higher than other stores in WA (I'd checked them out online) -it didn't seem like most of the staff were MJ users, more like the other drug that starts with an M that's very popular in Vancouver WA. -you can't select the buds you want. They all come pre-packaged and there's no way to tell if you're getting shorted on weight or not. -it's all donate by cash (which right now is the law). But, you can't buy from their tellers, they have to write a sheet out with quantity and bud, and then you take that to their "registers" So, there it is. Things not discussed in this review: -filming people in the shop without release forms or signs -the "marketing rep" from the Monkey Grass Farms had never tried their product. Imagine that! Bottom line: expensive, bad vibe, seems like the wrong people got a license to distribute. Seems like everyone who got into the weed game in WA are cynics that don't partake, in it to scam consumers. Nice job, WA. God, it hope it gets better.

this place is definitely efficient and friendly they get you in and out with weed tht will drool in your mouth if you want to go to a good dispensary definitely come here I dnt go anywhere but here now lol

Stopped in heading back to Oregon. Amazing selection with very good flower prices. I'd never used an iPad before and adding to the confusion was not getting any help from the staff. Didn't like the indifference shown to customers.

The smoke was good. The service was terrible. I didn't understand the Ipad system you guys had at first. So I asked about which strains you had and the guy was a total A-hole. He looked like a poor mans Steph Curry. He pointed at the Ipads and asked if I could read. WOW
