The ladies and gentlemen working here are killing it! Keep up the awesome work and friendly attitudes! I was in and out quickly and the budtenders,security and receptionist were all very nice! Muchhhh faster service than Verilife. Can't wait till prices go down and more product is available but all in time! and def. Not there fault. Thanks again, cheers.

This place never gets good flower or the carts/concentrates that actually help me medically are sold out fast to recreational patients and it's been over a month now I haven't been able to get much at all. They even put something like "Cronuts" on the rec menu even though they don't get you high but help my stomach issues just to sell them. Haven't seen those since either here...

Windy City Cannibas WORTH, just rocks ! I've been a patron since Jan, 2018. The staff is AMAZEBALLS !!! All are welcoming, very knowledgeable, VERY PROFESSIONAL.... yet they are kind, patient, and go out of their way to help their patients. Special kudos to; 1) Joey, the manager, is ACES ! 2) Ryan kicks ass... very knowledgeable and very cheerful 3) Lauren has helped me out more than I think she realizes. I'll never forget what she did for me when I needed help. I owe her ! 4) Sam is great...she knows her stuff and can help you with choices 5) Ed is relatively new to me, but he's a kind soul... and funny..and helpful in suggesting items I thought I'd feel odd shopping at a dispensary... since I'm ancient (67) and leary of young whippersnappers and their shenanigans... but meeting these helping souls (some with their own challenges)has helped me greatly with pain issues !!! Keep up the great work...I'll stop by after Physical Therapy around 2:45 PM. PS: Crap... 6) Paul, I forgot to mention him too !!! Another good guy !!!

Do not go to this location. I walk to the door at 745. After the broke boy security guard told me to park around the block. Which there was no parking. They stop letting ppl in. This is pure trash. Waste of time. All this to buy some high priced weed. This location is trash. Security Guards trash. All dat weed they selling is in da hood and a lot cheaper. This location and company is trash.

Been a patient at this location for a while now, was satisfied in the beginning because product was available with options but now placing an order online and going to the store to pick up only to find out that half your order is unavailable and the staff not very helpful

Great selection and prices are ok could be lower .very knowledgeable employees and helped me find the right products to help with my medical condition My only problem is the online ordering it shows item available when I order it and get to dispensary it's not in stock. But overall it's a great place. definitely would recommend this location to other new patients.

I went in today everyone was so nice.Except the girl in the front was to interested in my surgery.A friend of mine works for Windy City and told me she's so interested because she knows nurses who she's going to have be mean to me.sorry to bust your bubble not having surgery in Illinois.

The staff really helped me figure out what products would be best for my medical condition. I was impressed by the knowledge of their products and would highly recommend them to friends.

Extremely rude staff that gave me zero help at the counter. Very disappointed and completely unsatisfied with my purchase. I walked out with stuff I didn't want because jerk helping me was no help at all. He wouldn't even answer my questions and getting any information from him was absolutely impossible. Terrible

Don’t like that recreation users only get 3 things to choose from. I wasn’t even offered any flower.

Excellent service. Every single employee is highly knowledge and helpful about the product. The atmosphere is laid back and no judgement, I feel very comfortable here. I’m very happy I chose this location as my dispensary.

Stacy is absolutely amazing! It is SO overwhelming, especially with it being my first time in. She answered all my questions (there were a lot), and addressed my concerns (also a lot). I walked out feeling confident in my purchase and hopeful for some pain relief. Even though Stacy took care of me, you should know that everyone I have encountered at this location, either in person or on the phone, has been kind, knowledgeable, and just so great!
