DiamondTREE - Eastside Bend

every time i go by diamond tree its a welcoming experience coffee&tea chocolate samples and television in the lobby, if you are waiting, constantly keeps me smiling and patient. Product and atmosphere just gets better and better, this summer has brought a lot of great experiences and and customer service at diamond tree is one of those experiences, speaking for the employees they're all outstanding. I recommend everyone on the eastside of bend to make diamond tree their number one spot.

good quality of meds and concentrate. decent variety. a great shop to come in and very friendly vendors. however it is a very popular location and I have had to wait more than 15 minutes on many occasions to purchase meds. I would go here again, perhaps during regular business hours to avoid the afternoon rush hour.

horrible! long wait and the bud tender that worked with me had a attitude like he wanted me in and out. bud was ok. won't go back

Great location not so friendly staff..

This is my 8th trip back and the selection and quality and people make this a top notch place. They are quick and very helpfull with selection. I am never rushed and they have good prices as well.

Wow. They really set a new standard for dispensaries! Beautiful facility, friendly staff and big selection. In fact, they suggested I try out the new location over on the west side of town to avoid the long line at the main store (thank you!) it was worth a few minute drive. Thanks guys, you have a new regular customer!

I have been to most of the dispensaries in town but by far my favorite is DiamondTree. Since recreational started it seems there is a line everywhere, but the staff at DiamondTree is always friendly and makes me feel welcome, even if I have to wait. If the Eastside store is too busy I have been hopping over to the new Westside location on Galveston. Never more than one or two people there, awesome buds, super friendly staff, and it gives me an excuse to stop next door at Brother Johns and have one of their awesome margaritas! Love this place

This has always need my favorite dispensary in town. Always the friendliest staff and very knowledgeable, great and peaceful atmosphere :) great prices and great flower

My husband and I love dropping by this place to get our meds when we come to Central Oregon. They have a great selection, with nothing over 9 a gram! Coming from Salem, where a few places like to charge upwards of 14 a gram for "top shelf", this is how for us. We got some great looking Chem 4 shatter, smoked amazing! Everytime we stop there, we leave happy! Heck, our first time dropping in, they gave us a free gram of hash for our first visit! They will always be our favorite dispensary in Bend.

I read the reviews before I visited DiamondTREE and decided to form my opinion. It is a beautiful facility and excellent staff. The budtenders are knowledgeable and are a tremendous help if you're not sure what you need. My experience here was excellent. Their prices, selection and overall atmosphere were better than I expected. I recommend experiencing what DiamondTREE has to offer, for yourself.

Like this place. Good product, knowledgeable staff. Like that it is a collective there are some really good strains on display here. You can actually pick the jars up and smell the product. The Blueberry was a pretty sweet surprise to find there the other day! Thanks guys!

The new westside store ROCKS! After class I just drop down the hill on to Galveston to grab a little afternoon pick-me-up. I love the chill atmosphere, the warm welcome I get from the staff and the awesome selection at this store. I am recommending this store to anyone who wants a truly great dispensary experience!

Nice looking shop but that's where the good stops. Over dry crumbly buds, poor service and top tier prices for mid tier at best bud. I honestly thought the display jars were just for looking and smelling cause the raspberry kush nugs were so small, dry and crumbly that I was shocked and kind of pissed when the budtender if you can call her that pulled my order out of that jar... Not a good experience. Will not be back.

First visit to this dispensary. Nice lobby, but the good stops there. The budtender was nice but he didn't know much. But that's not the worst part. This dispensary is unsanitary is not following the rules with respect to packaging and testing etc. They were displaying some kind of homemade BHO in plastic ketchup containers and some of the products weren't labeled. I wouldn't trust this place to give me anything to put in my body. I am glad I did not buy anything - I checked out their last OMMP inspection report and it had more deficiencies than any dispensary I have ever seen. Don't let the lobby fool you. Stay away from this place.

Great atmosphere. Relaxed and friendly. Decent selection and prices. They also have daily specials. Always enjoy my trip and would highly recommend this dispensary.

I go here because it's cheap. They low-ball all other shops in town intentionally (bad karma). The staff I have encountered aren't knowledgable enough to be handling patient services.

These folks were some of the nicest, kindest people. I came from out of town and got lost. They stayed on the phone, giving me turn by turn directions and even had directions to my final destination waiting there for me at the counter. Many strains they carry aren't found in the Portland area, so each one I left with was a real treat. Very nicely grown, trimmed and cured flower. I wish these guys were close by. I love this place! My only recommendation is for them to update their menu more frequently. Thanks again, guys!
