Excellent every time

Before I came I called and talked to a woman who answered the Earth Med phone. I believe I was told all employees would be wearing a mask and gloves. This was my first trip back to your dispensary since 2016. Anyway, I pulled up to pick up my order hoping for a clean product pick up and to be greated by security who would get and verify my order (as I was told to on the phone). This all happened it’s just the security guy who I had to open my window for had no mask. (I did but I am on chemo and steroids and am high risk for being exposed.) After taking my money he took it in and then came back out and went to the front of the lot and lit up a cigarette. That’s hand, mouth, nose, then touch product and give customer change. Seems like you have a break in chain that keeps people like me safer from this disease. This coronavirus is a life or death thing and it deserves that same attention when keeping a clean chain of product delivery to the customer.

We can no longer count on the Illinois Medical Marijuana Program or any company involved for pain and illness relief . The motto of the industry should be: "Profits over Patients"

EARTH MED is great!! I think everyone needs to give them a break. They’ve got a wide variety of quality products and normal prices. If you plan accordingly you can get exactly what you want. The staff are all friendly and very polite. I’ve yet to have a bad experience or even witness someone else having a bad experience. Those that feel the need to say that they only care about recreational customers are just whining and complaining. The limits are in place because there’s a huge demand with a limited supply (this is not rocket science) Also, who actually necessitates more than 1/4 of flower per day?? You can come back and get more the next day. Everyone just needs to be patient and soon you can have as much as you want (up to your limit of course) Lastly-all the employees are awesome. The security guys are busting their asses with a smile on their face and always offer a welcoming comment. Thanks Earth Med 🌍

Buyer Beware. Since Earthmed opened they have always included taxes in their pricing model. It even says so in their FAQ "honest pricing". Except sometime in the last month they have quietly stopped doing that and you'll be in for a real shock when you go to pay. My purchase was an extra $40 than expected yesterday. I will never go here again and ensure no one I know does either.

Went to EarthMed for the first time this week. I placed an order online to ensure that I got what I wanted. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Had to fill out some paperwork since it was my first time. Many other dispensaries don't have you do that. I like that EarthMed had me complete some information to get to know me and my needs as a medical patient. Downfall was that when I went to the window to pick up my order, no one was at the window. Many people walked by and were helping other customers. Finally someone asked if I had been helped yet and since I had not, they helped me. Overall it was a good experience. I also like there point system/benefits to medical patients. Keep up the great work.

I have been shopping there as a medical patient for over a year. The whole staff are so friendly and they have always made their customers feel welcomed and at home in their store. They run a tight ship and everyone works hard. When the recreational was being merged with the medical I expected it might take longer to get in and out but I noticed no difference in my visits and efficient service. Unless they are crazy busy, I am always approached and asked if I need help and one worker, a young man even sat and helped me to figure a budget to get the most for my money when I happened to have less money on me than I thought I did, but still wanted to complete my list. That really made my day! The store is clean and they are taking the best precautions avoiding the spread of this virus. The online ordering has been a great time saver with very short wait for a text. Will try curbside next.

Medical patient since June 2019 here. This place is awesome! The selection and stock has gotten a lot better recently and I’m sure it will continue to improve. Pre-ordering on Leafly allows you to walk in and skip the line. Prices are high but are the same at all dispensaries in the state. Overall a great dispensary and very friendly people.

Its one of the better dispensary and the people working there are Awesome. They have good product but a lot more limited than before it became recreational. Recreational is left of the building and Medical is to the right. Parking for medical patients is tight but always someone is leaving and the door attendants are Great. They also have a section where they sell bongs,pipes etc. If you have questions call them. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. Due to the corona virus I would check hours. I love the opportunity (medical) to be able to order a head of time and pick it up..you can even have it brought to your car Over all I would give them a 5. Thanks for a Great Job

This place is great!! Eat pickup and ordering. Just the rec people that think they should be able to in medical parking. Like the assholes that blocked the dive so the passenger to get out to walk across the grass to the rec door. Some of us are in severe pain. You have no idea how bad it hurt my foot to hold the brake to wait on you to take your slow ass time. I wish they would refuse to serve you if you do something like that. Wtf make you think you are so special. Do you also park in handicap spots because you should have the closest parking. It doesn’t even make sense he could have let you at the rec door if you just drove around. Hope you are happy knowing you caused someone’s pain.

Use to love this But it seems like they care about recreational more than their medical patients their selection has got turned into very very slim and they’re telling everybody it’s a first come basis with recreational and medical they’re the only dispensary that I’ve heard of so far that is doing that because they’re more about the money instead of actually caring about their patients and it’s very sad and also their product went from very high amounts of levels to very low and sadly I have to leave and switch places but the staff is great they’re always been friendlyBut the owners just seen that they care about money n rec more than actual medical patients. Hope this little rent can help somebody else that reads these reviews

Today’s visit was very enjoyable I was able to bring in my dog for the first time I wanted her to get a good smell and experience being in the dispensary. I was checked in by Robert and always great to see him same with him and the rest of the earth med dispensary crew Monique said hi she’s great too sometimes I just want to stay all day.

Was great until they started selling recreational Now medical patients have little or no flower or concentrate product to choose from 1 toe of cbd flower and 2 concentrated available today If I went in a month ago there were many to choose

Edit After spreading my wings and checking out some other dispensaries, I was missing out so much! Every dispensary that I have visited was substantially better than EarthMed. The cold and impersonal DMV feel definitely sucks. Guess it took becoming rec for me to find better spots. for all your patients still going there, just try somewhere else he most likely will be happy. — Welp, thanks for all the fish guys...Being my first med dispensary in Illinois, holds a space in my heart; But it time to move on. All the peoples there are great, Robert is the best. Everybody’s got great vibes and knowledgeable. The spot is not ideal, feels you’re like you’re waiting at a dmv. very impersonal and no vibes from the spot. Cold to just yell through bank teller windows. Probably going to need it though with all the recreational come in through people gonna be getting wild. Good luck to the remaining medical patients and all the employees with the onslaught of chaos about to begin.

Eonline ordering process is a little messed up it should just be categorized by substance or brand name not jumbled all together and make you go through all the pages to find what you're looking for. Also when it comes to limits because of brand names or strains it should tell you right at the time when you're putting it in the cart and not when you go to pick up your order. Every member of the staff from outside security to check in to sales cashier is always a pleasure

I have been to several dispensaries in the Chicagoland area and Earth Med Addison is TOP TIER. They have the biggest selection, friendliest staff, and they always try to accommodate everyone. The store is big and clean. There are two ATMs inside. There are white binders at the front desk with UP-TO-DATE Daily inventory. If you have any questions what so ever regarding types of products, the staff will answer and help in anyway they can. I'm a very experienced user, they helped me. I've seen many new, unsure users and the staff could not be more helpful being patient and walking through the process. I am just beyond impressed. Plenty of sitting areas. Lines don't get too long. Online ordering is wonderful and quick for medical patients. I drive out of my way to patron this store. It is worth the drive and worth the effort.

Great place and exceptional staff but the flower selection and prices need to be addressed.

I am a medical patient and I never have to wait and I can always get a good parking spot. Employees are nice, I can never open the door fully bc of my back it’s too heavy, and they are always great and open the doors for me. Very professional and you feel comfortable going.
