Earthmed was great. Now, they only care about profits. Admitted to me supply and demand means prices go up for medical patients. $220 for half an ounce? Used to be $250 for a full ounce. Worse than that Shkreli guy. Shame on you guys. Stop deleting low rated reviews

I love Amanda she is the best bud tender! The front door security Guy is soo super sweet. BUT who ever trimmed this cherry gorilla is the worst trimmer EVER. Definitely need to get some better trimmer’s over at verano. These flowers should be immaculate for the price.

This is a great place, between staff to management to the quality of the product. I would recommmend it to anyone from first timers, to friends, to loved ones. They also support a Dogwalkersprerolls charity which is awesome!!!!

I love the service, I love the knowledge of the staff. The dispensary is very well run and staff all wear their masks inside the store. The security people are sometimes sweet and funny but do not wear their masks 100% of the time which, as a medical marijuana person with cancer... well it’s a bit concerning.

I am a medical patient and I did give this place a 5 Star review a while back . Since they have been preparing for recreational now they never have anything in stock , have raised there prices on us and now making it so you can’t really order things you want online making it an “in store “ only item which means standing in there long lines . Not a way to treat your medical patients leaving me to believe they only care about the money not the patients!

Earth 🌍 Med is the #1 place in Illinois - bar none! Their service is perfect every time as everyone who works there is friendly, professional and always well-informed for all my questions. The Security Guard at door is very welcoming & happy to accommodate my curbside medical order pick-up which has made everything easier through COVID! Highly recommended!!!

I have been very happy with EarthMed until recently. I was so excited that they started allowing patients to order online as my anxiety and just crazy life in general keeps me from going in as much as I'd like. Unfortunately, I have been noticing some issues as of late where the online menu is not up to date with what they actually have in stock. The employees are wonderful and knowledgeable, but the customers are horrible (not EarthMed's fault) and I have noticed that it has been affecting the quality of service that I get at EarthMed. Hopefully things don't get worse after Jan 1st, otherwise I will consider switching.

Great place just wish I didn’t get a barrage of texts for every order I do via leafly. I believe a simple confirmation or order received text, and a confirmation that order is ready to pick up text is quite sufficient. Currently I get about 5-6 text messages, overload of info and important messages can be lost in the volume of texts.

Used to be a good place to find deals and a great selection. Now it’s the complete opposite. The day before recreational started I seen them turn alway customers after they limit them to 2 items per category. Some elderly lady said she drives far and it’s hard for her to come this way. She could only have edibles I believe I herd. How can earthmed turn away or limit medical users to supply the massive lines the next day for people just looking to smoke and buy recreational weed. Now today looking at the menu it says 1 as a limit. Earth Med claims that the medical and recreational inventory’s are separate. So who divides that inventory when you get the big shipment in? Simple answer when rec weed sells for a lot high price. It may be hard to prove what goes on behind closed doors at earth and I’m sure the suppliers are just as bad. Awaken

they have a great quantity when it comes to products and different products that you can try and I recommend this place to anybody that is new to medical cannabis, always ask questions they are always willing to help here

I've been a patient here for a while e now and have nothing but good to say. The people are kind, the selection is good, and they follow all the recommended Covid social distancing and mask policies.

Curbside pick up was a breeze . The great customer service at this location will keep me coming back.

Not much parking as far as handicapped spaces go. Used to be be very companionate and accommodating towards medical patients anymore since recreational became legal. It seems that recreational purchases are first priority now. $$$$ As far as product this is the worst selection of products as far as the $ goes and quality of what they offer are more Sativa based products that do not help for crippling pain or insomnia. So I guess drop the name Earth Med and change to (Earth Wreck)!

I like the place , people are awesome But I can never fill out my full prescription That I don’t like . I have to go there 6 days to full prescription. And the amounts they allowed u to buy. Is the rules but I don’t have to like it. So I like to go once every 3 weeks like in the beginning. Order 2 once’s and go home . See u in 2-3 weeks . So Thanks for listening Joe

Best dispensary I could’ve chosen. Every time i step inside I have a great experience. Online ordering is the way to go and make sure you check out their glass, they have awesome prices. Amanda is the best 🥰🥰 When are y’all hiring?? Lol

I switched to this dispensary after the last one I went to got rid of their loyalty program, and has a total of MAYBE 30 products at all times. EarthMed has been great since my first visit. The staff are all very courteous and really want to help their patients get what will help them the most. I love that they have the shop very well organized as it helps me be less anxious. I really enjoy coming here and was nervous about the parking but they always do such a wonderful job directing you. Overall, I’d definitely recommend and suggest giving EarthMed a chance !

Earth Med goes the extra mile to serve it's customers. The medical patients are always taken care of and helped throughout the entire process. I have not had one bad experience with this dispensary. their products are consistent as is their awesome customer service. They have bent over backwards to meet the needs of recreational users during a statewide flower shortage (despite what you might read on here they are the best, trust one of they're regulars; me)

Always plenty of selection in all areas of their menu. If you use their online order it’s an in and out experience provided you came cash ready!
