EarthMed - Addison (Medical)

Ownership is basically cutting off all inventory to it's customers to stock up for adult use. I've found another dispensary. Used to be a great place.

About as good as you can get considering State legislation. Every time I go the interior looks better and better. Hopefully, supply picks up soon so the IL dispensaries can equal those I've seen in states that have been legal longer.

Staff is super friendly! Great parking for medical guests. Doorman Anthony is great!

It’s all orderly chaos here! The team does a good job handling the crowds and consistently updating to best serve the ppl as they can! Top tier dispensary imo.

When recreational opened as a Medical patient, I left to go to Natures Care as it was closer for me. I have found the grass isn't greener on the other side. EarthMed cares about the Medical patients with having they parking just for medical. The employees always make you feel welcome and help. I have never had anyone be disrespectful or rude. I regret my decision to leave but now I know and I will stay with EarthMed

I love Earthmed! Your staff is always so patient with me and I am usually a hot mess every time I come. I appreciate that they don't roll their eyes at me when I come in each week.. I'm also grateful for the increase in products and selections after a difficult few months of getting my son what he needs (and wants). Thanls for running a top notch dispensary.

This is my first time visiting and they went above and beyond for me today. A++++ This will be my go to Dispensary in up State Illinois.

Not the dispensaries fault. The flower selection is very scarce by the time I can get to the dispensary. On a good note: Today I picked some CBD flower and they asked based on my other items, if I wanted the THC flower because they have one left. I happily bought the THC, for tomorrow after work!!! I switched over to this dispensary after a really rough experience at a different one closer to home. Everyone here is so kind and so professional. 5⭐️ For sure!

Ever since legalizing this place has been a pain for medical patients. Parking is a mess. I’ve even came at 2pm on a weekend day and it’s busy, with little to no parking. And the supply and limits for medical patients is terrible. I’m going to try and switch my dispensary. :(

New to EarthMed and new to dispensaries, in general so I have no point of reference to legitimately gauge much but I did want to say the following to help out new rec customers. 1) Bring cash, that is the only way to transact here. There is an ATM but their fees to use are $4, plus whatever fees your bank charges you. 2) The prices on the online menus is not what the price is in the store. You will be handed a list of what is available for purchase once you get to the very front of the line. The good news is that the prices on the lists include taxes in the cost. 3) Be aware that if you go at night they might not have flower or pre-rolls and you won’t know until you’re either inside the building or if you ask people walking out. 4) Be prepared to wait even when the line doesn’t look long. The wait that I experienced on January 4th was approximately 1.5 hours long for rec purchase (about all the way to the end of the block outside the building). 5) The menu list you are given doesn’t tell you the strains of what you are buying. I wanted to purchase specific strains, had researched what I wanted in advance, but without knowing what is actually available until you get there you’re game posts move. 6) Please be aware that EarthMed’s parking lot was full during my visit and had to park a block and a half away. It is located in an industrial park, so rather creepy walking alone at night with your brown kraft sandwich bag of goodies.
