I just sat on the phone on hold for 40 minutes trying to speak to a manager about my review. I just wrote regarding the manager that didn’t assist me. I’m tired of this place and it doesn’t even seem like they care if you’re medical or not there’s no consideration and customer service sucks

I'd like to give a huuuuuuuge shout out to Jackie and the team. Everyone is always so nice and interpersonal with everyone. Yet, Jackie K. And Olivia always leave my heart smiling. Truly one of a kind service.

Their happy hour special is pretty sweet, overall reliable deals and reasonable prices but their service is slow as crap! Otherwise no complaints and would recommend.

Best dispensary

Management there sucks. They don't honor deals. Make people stand out in the heat because they redid the dispensary layout in a stupid way. Someone almost got heat stroke today.

I was waiting in the online order line and it was a tad slow. I was happy when the other bud tenders were able to help with online pickup line.

I highly recommend Curaleaf above all other dispensaries. I have never been let down by their flower and if you shop the online menu early enough you'll find quality buds that will keep your wallet happy.

The person checking cards should absolutely be the friendliest person there. I got no smile, no welcoming, nothing. That’s the first impression I got of your establishment. Secondly, my budtender didn’t smile once either. She wasn’t very friendly and came off annoyed and clearly didn’t want to be there. I get you’re busy but you need to act like this is your first transaction of the day EVERY TIME. If you can’t do that then this job isn’t for you. The thing is, this attitude is almost at every curaleaf.. sounds like you need to start appreciating your staff more so they act like they want to help people.

U never have deals so u never have customers

It’s really a shame after being a 3 year medical patient here that the quality and flower has gone tremendously down in the sense where it feels like they almost don’t even care what they’re selling people or even make sure that it even smells nice. The curing of their bud doesn’t seem to be to effective as every single time I pick up from the bottom or middle shelf it is always dry has no smell and usually has one seed, i’ve been back here a couple times this past year Just to be constantly disappointed by the lack of quality in the bud but also the lack of deals that are here and the deals that are available are for garbage flower strains that they are clearly just trying to get rid of at a lower price this dispensary is notorious for having low THC percentages on the top shelf now which makes no sense considering the fact that the terpene levels also don’t represent top shelf either it is usually Little to no taste in these flower strains (on a lot of these flower strains) unless you get lucky and buy some type of OG strain but even then you’re still playing a game a chance I really would like to have my mind changed about this dispensary but unfortunately I’ve tried many times to change it myself I bought top shelf on multiple top occasions, I have even bought concentrates and I don’t have much to say for really anything else about this dispensary quality has gone tremendously down and it’s clear that whoever operation or runs this place doesn’t have much knowledge in the marijuana industry and probably only ingests edibles or can’t actually make sure the quality matches the price especially the flower quality, it ain’t hard to make sure you have quality flower especially when your 8ths cost so much for some boo boo ass weed

Erica was amazing!! So patient with me, so helpful and super friendly. She taught me about “can pay” and waited patiently until I signed up for it. I was extremely satisfied with her help and wonderful customer service. You guys have amazing people working there!!

🕡 the BEST, HANDS DOWN like 6:30 🕡 A++ service ( I love the vibe everytime and the recommendations are always on point, I forget her name, please forgive me but the beautiful red head and there's a few other hippie like beauts that are great people A++ and the herb as of lately especially has been super A++..if you like a good silver tier they offer some of the best by "the pharm" if you know what to look for that's a great choice and if you like gold tier or platinum they have great selection in house and the sublime is amazing..I have the WATERMELON ZKITTLEZ right now by sublime and I paid 100 for the oz and it's unreal how sweet and dank it is for the price...no cap for real some of the BEST, HANDS DOWN like 6:30 🕡 I've had at gold tier it should be platinum tier but don't tell anyone haha 😉but hey CURALEAF don't I deserve a trip to Amsterdam for the title alone I mean come on!!! one love y'all! ps I'm higher than a GOODYEAR BLIMP so don't mind my Grammer spelling wtf..lol -John Lucas

The atmosphere was great! First time in curaleaf and I ran into a glass wall. Love how professional the workers where and it made me feel better no one laughed. The Guy in the front that scans ID has to be one of my favorites so far, and the sweet lady that helped me at the register. Helped me with the Mango disposable she knows who she is. 😋❤️
