I placed an order online around 12:45 p.m. The system would not allow me to log in so I used an alternate email address but the same phone number. At 1:10 PM, I called because I had not gotten notification my order had been placed or accepted. The employee who answered the phone said it had arrived but the shop was busy. When I arrived at the shop, I waited for about 30 minutes before the budtender arrived to my car. I still have not received confirmation to the phone number though I did check in with the number provided. When he arrived, he stated he couldn't remember how much my order was (but since I had placed the order online I had a general idea of the price so I gave him the cash money as a courtesy so he did not have to walk back into the building, get the order, walk back to the car, get the money, and walk back to make change). He asked to see my ID. But at this point I couldn't find my wallet. I stated at least 3 times I could not find my wallet while digging through my purse. He stood there looking at me and so I politely asked if he could return to see the ID. He continued standing there. I repeated my request. He then proceeded to make it seem as if I did not want to show him my ID when in fact I told him at least 3 times I couldn't find my entire wallet. With him standing there, I couldn't even get out of my car to look for it. I found it on the steering column, in plain sight for someone standing outside the car. At that point, I decided I had been automatically profiled, stereotyped, and misjudged. I asked for my money back and went to another shop.

They carry GREENHOUSE SEED CO. genetics which I absolutely love. I also love the DRAGONFLY products. Wonderful selection. I want to see more sativa dominant high CBD strains available but overall they carry a great selection.

My friend and I went and were very pleased. The store is set up so that you know the prices. I liked the fact that you can smell the items in the jars. The prices are great. The staff is friendly and very, very helpful. We will definitely, definitely be going back here.

RUDE budtender “Tori” (#56910) was RUDE from the moment I spoke with her. Told her specifically I DID NOT want a certain brand of weed & guess what was in my bag when I got back to work & checked inside??? Called to confirm if I could bring it back to exchange and was told YES, so long as it was sealed & I had my receipt. When I came back 2 hours later to exchange I was told they would not exchange it, I asked to speak with the manager & they refused to come out of their office or try to fix the situation. Was offered nothing for my troubles of wasting time & gas— or being sold a product I asked not to even be shown. Definitely not coming back, this was the last time I will have a bad experience with this company. Staff has gone downhill & so have prices. Way better dispensaries out there to shop with.

This is a review of 4 20, 2024 As a long time loyalty patient so disappointed in the fact there was no order, staff not knowledgeable, I brought 2 new patients website says 3.5 or pre roll first time patient , NO, had to buy $20 to get. Site says $10 for each referral, NO they have to down the app ! The entire experience today was not expected, and so disappointing. There were no deals, nothing. I went to Liberty in Madison Heights, everything they said they did. The deals were the best of any 4/20; By the way I'm trying to submit this review. And unless I pick a box, either first time, recommend to friend, and shop again. NONE of which is correct so I'm putting friend Staff knowledgeable, customer service was top notch. This up and coming business put HOD to shame. We look forward to 4/20 once a year. Uggg
