Weed quality great. Customer service person missing a smile and a mask. Atmosphere missing any social distancing. No masks on employees. I was the lone masked person out of 10 customers sitting together. Didn't feel safe.

Wack. prices are $5-$10 higher than what u would pay else where. sales are weak compared to ANY DISPENSERY limited options -top shelf here is what you would get for bottom shelf in phx. dont honor first patients discount or happy hour. They do this cause they are the only dispensery in town

Waited 30 mins outside in the heat. They had a joke of a shade tent that was about 6 feet wide. (fits 1 person considering covid). Then the employee that rang me up took forever only to find out when I get home, he gave me the ENTIRELY WRONG PRODUCT. black dude with hat backwards. never going here again...

They never have what I order, even after i get a text saying it ready. I get there and they are out. Flower is very dry. People there are very nice.

Usually it's a long line this time it was short

Everybody is wonderful and they are taking great measures to keep us customers safe.

My strategy is to tell my budtender my budget and a little backround on what strains DON'T work for me. Using that little information they create a package just for me and EVERYTIME I have been able to medicate safely and effectively. Great Job!

I ordered 4 things through the online order but only got 2 put in my bad. I like how they patted me on the back, gave me half my order and sent me on my way.

They need more deals on flower like BOGO days or buy so much get a Rollie or g for free. Other then that appreciate you guys overall great.

I am VERY upset because I receive the text message deals daily, today’s deal showed a B1G1 on RSO that was very deceiving. Then they don’t even have the product that is actually advertised. I don’t live close, I don’t drive and I would not have gone today had I not thought I was getting a B1G1. The flower prices here have gone up without the increase of quality. I am just very disappointed and neither I or anyone I know that shops mmj will be shopping here again! I will say that the staff is very friendly and I will miss them.

Arrived before Happy Hour was over and was denied the happy hour. Would not recommend under new management. Lying dispensaries aren’t my thing. No longer giving my service. Will drive the extra 30 minutes to be treated with decency and given acknowledgement.
