Trulieve - Casa Grande

I didn't like the fact that I got over charged for a half oz. In the menu it said 129.99 a half i got charged 160. I won't go back. To many other honest places to go. Got a half oz of sfv dawg. Was just there this morning and didn't notice I was pver charged.

I would have to say that the products aren’t always my favorite if I don’t shop quality but the bud tenders here make everything worth wild. I appreciate you guys and your ability to take care of your patients. 💗💗 KEEP BEING AWESOME!

My first two visits were normal. Good service, quick and helpful. However, my third visit warrants my first bad dispensary review. I placed a called at 8:09pm to make a pick up order. I live in Florence and that info is clearly in my file. I drove the 40 minutes because I knew I could make it before they close at nine. I walk up at 8:53pm to two very unapologetic bud tenders (I thought compassion was an industry requirement) that explain that they ACTUALLY close at 8:50pm and that I could not get my medication. I understand not servicing patients after close... but it is an unprofessional, lazy, and sleezy practice to decide you’re ready to go home instead of distributing MEDICATIONS. I get it’s a hard time, days are long, but you cannot put a specific time on the door and abide by whatever time you feel like. General practice among dispensaries in the area is that if you are in the lobby before CLOSE you will be helped. But it’s ok. I went to oasis south and got an amazing hook up after telling this story to the bud tenders. My advise to the people of casa grande is to make your way to oasis south!

The people here are real nice, and rather knowledgeable in all their products, And rather kind when they teach about items they carry and sell.

I came here because I saw a great deal and it was worth me checking out. I left knowing I will never be back, the service was that bad. The line was rather long, not an issue, I was expecting it, and I had placed an online order that had confirmed as ready so I didn't expect a long wait. Once I got inside the person assisting me rushed through my order, did not confirm it was correct, and I was unable to ask any questions about the order as I was clearly being rushed as the person assisting was stressing due to the line. They don't have separate lines for online vs store visit orders so it is just a confusing mess. It has been 4 months, you think they would have a system to deal with this in place by now. And not shockingly, I got home and my order was incorrect.

I recommend leaf life in case grande they have great customers service and prices is reasonable..thx again I will be back!

Always cool to come in and feel welcome. Budtenders give a lot of honest feedback and know their product. Glad to see them grow over time.
