People were friendly. They are every time. Drove down here because they listed multiple grow science half ounce smalls available. Then when I walk in they said they didn’t have any of what I came in for. That’s back to back days I’ve gone to two separate zen leaf owned dispos and wasted my time and money on false advertising. Never had any problems with this dispo otherwise. Just sucks wasting your time for nothing. Not a good way to keep a returning customer happy

So I just moved this way, kind of, from wayyyy East (Florence) and they basically charge what they want for whatever they get. That's NOT a compliment. I work and now live in the area and The Joint is now my "home spot" for getting my carts. They have everything and more but for personal preferences, their G carts were the price of the 1/2 G carts where I was a few miles away. I forget who helped me the first time, but they were all amazing. From security to checking in and paying and getting checked out, I felt like I was in good hands. I'm from SoCal, spent a decade in Vegas, I know the "real" shops and the ones that will not be there one day soon. The Joint isn't going anywhere unless they simply outgrow themselves. Today, I was helped by Lyric...really? who's cool ass mom named you "Lyric" ???? Anyways, I mentioned how much I liked everything that made The Joint what it is. Sometimes places are OK, decent product, but had that "RAMBO" guy at the door. Or had nice greeting, good bud, but the budtenders were just worried about the tipping jar. Which reminds me Lyric, I didn't forget. My karmic debit is not yet cleared. I legit will only go here if I'm anywhere near the Phoenix area- which is all the time. This is home. I even asked for a job which is on my "to do" list today. I just wanted to make sure I at least let everyone know how amazing this place was. They're super patient and if it looks intimidating or "different", just ask a TON of questions. They're the nicest people in the world. Seriously. And yes, I swear on penalty of death.....and whatever else was in "Pirates....", I didn't get paid to write this. I felt like I at least owed them that. So, see you soon!
I used to shop here but there customer service keeps getting worse. They keep hiring people who know nothing. I am a med patient and they stopped being here for us.
I use to shop here every day almost now I don’t even remember the last time I came here. If imma spend $50-$60 for a 1/8th it’s gonna be cookies. Period. Who in Tempe just has 50+ to spend on a 1/8th probably 1 out of 8 people. Luckily I can afford it but I’m not spending it here if everything else is high! I can’t get a second decent 1/8th because it’s all too expensive. Last time I went in the guy with dreads didn’t seem to even give a crap that I was standing in front of him. He just carried his conversation on with his coworkers not making me feel comfortable at all. So I’ll never come back if the daily deals aren’t better or if the prices stay the same. No reason to come here at all unfortunately

This was my first trip to the Local Joint. I had signed up for the text notifications for Grow Sciences on their latest drops and they pointed me in the direction of the Local Joint. I called in the morning to confirm that they had received stock, and Sarah was excellent over the phone, going into great detail on which products they had available. I showed up later in the afternoon, and while parking was minimal, they had two separate lines for recreational and medical customers and patients which I appreciated. After check in, Jack helped me go over what was left in stock - I was surprised to see how much was already gone! Word to the wise, if you are looking for GS concentrates, sign up for their drop list and show up early. Jack hooked me up with the FTP special on some GS cold cure rosin - which was absolutely stellar. I'll definitely be back here again!

Absolutely wonderful experience. will def continue to watch the menu for MUV popcorn quarters it was well worth the trip. Lyric was my budtender and when i asked about the birthday deal she quickly verified that i was eligible and then picked out an AMAZING strain for my free gram. will be coming back fer sure
The mellow vibe the upbeat tunes the happy smiles seen on the eyes shining even when wearing a mask makes me feel welcome and invited. Each trip in was like visiting an old friend and newly educated I left feeling loved. I am a faithful flower lover and have never been more satisfied with the purple leafy greens grown locally by your shop! The Grand puba by far and away is the best flower I have ever had tasted smelled and felt. Hyper by nature busy by trade I have a hard time sleeping and shutting my brain down this not only helps me do that but allowed me to channel my inner gift and open up my mind to meditation to truly experience the love behind mental healing and awareness. I was regularly coming in here 1-2 times a week. Usually have great service and no issues at all. Most of the staff are great to talk to. Very friendly. However, today will be the last I ever go there. The way they handle their customer service when there is an issue is unexceptional. A new young lady with Short black and bright green hair helped me (she may just be new to me; It was the first time she helped me). I ask her a simple question: Why Local Joint does not offer 1/2 oz breaks? She corrected me, which is okay, and said they do but they are completely out of the pre-packaged 1/2oz but they have pre-packaged 1/8th's. I'm thinking, "Okay, Totally understandable! I'll just buy the same strain the 4 - 1/8th's (1/2oz)" Until I found out if I we're to buy it that way, they would NOT honor the 1/2oz price. At this point I ask her why? and she couldn't come up with a reasonable answer and rolled her eyes at me when I asked to speak to the manager. The manager told me the same thing and that I would have to pay extra for them to be in separate bags. I would understand if it was a different vendor and that's the price point the vendor had set it at but this was THEIR OWN FLOWER that they grow. I would even understand, if I was trying to get different strains but that was not the case here. All I wanted was a 1/2oz of the same strain. As the manager said "We just don't offer that" or in other words "We like to rip out patients off." What a disappointing experience and very disappointed on how they handled it.

Its such a vibe here! i live in chandler and there are several dispensaries near me but i would rather take the drive to the Local Joint! The budtenders are super friendly and very knowledgeable. I will deffinently be coming back and telling all my friends about this gem!

I really enjoyed my 1st time here an on a 420 weekend it was great. I got a free lit cart an a free 8th of ak1995 which was really fresh an tasty. great outside waiting area too Defi hooked it up. thanks you makiah for making my visit great too.

Don’t waste ur time there point system sucks and it’s a hit and miss if it’s gunna work done been here on different occasions and only thing they can fix is one transaction for 70 points yea I rather take my money else where cause times are rough and the point system does help but local joint ain’t what local joint used to be it’s wack
