I will no longer using your services. The Hi-Kyla’s flower was dry and no smell. Last time I was told I could return the flower, that was wrong.

I got the Cherry Paloma 1g live resin badder. It wasn’t very good at all. Harsh chemicals left behind in the material. Black flaky residue after smoked. Very low quality medicine for fifty a gram was a total rip off.

In response to your response to get more detailed information about my account it's not happening since this information has been given to your staff on multiple occasions and based on current reviews it seems your support department can't even investigate let alone correct a simple IT issue. You have failed as a reliable establishment and I will expose your service tactics on social media which is to take personal info over the phone or through email which is extremely insecure in this day in age and also make your technical issues The customer's or patient's problem. The fact that this has not been fixed for me or about 50 percent or more of your patients and customers leads me to believe that you will sit on my information and do nothing with it. I will never return to your dispensary and I tell people to never go there because of how you treat your customers. You broke my trust as a patient and frankly that's all I need to never return and I'll handle the problem from here. But the Flower shop doesn't make excuses, oasis doesn't make excuses, nature's AZ medicines doesn't make excuse but this places makes excuses and makes it the patient's problem. I've been coming there ever since this place first opened when it was PARC and now Zen Leaf has made its home here and turned a great establishment into an deceitful place almost like a shady used car dealership. You cannot fix this at this point. Because it should have been taken care of without question. Especially since this is a known problem throughout all the dispensaries Zen Leaf takes over. I used to spend 100s of dollars a week there now you'll be lucky to see a penny from me. And I know thousands people because I work in promotions and I'll drive business away from your deceitful establishment since you have forced my hand.

This place sucks. I came and got a half gram rosin cart by on the rocks. It was old and bad. It clearly wasn't stored in a cool place because it had turned a super dark brown, almost black. Which only happens when it gets too warm. The girl helping me was sweet and helpful, though. The deals suck too. Do yourself a favor and go around the corner to JARS Cannibis. Better deals, better products, better everything.

One of the worst run dispensaries I’ve been to in my life. Everyone’s just laughing and joking around nobody is actually helping people. Insanely and efficient and they don’t honor the deals that they put up on their website. Place is trash.

Avery ,mark, Marcus, and Thomas I believe is the guy's name it could be Victor they've all helped me they all go above and beyond anytime I come in this establishment whether I pick them or not they are all about getting medical patients what they need for their pain and their suffering I can't tell you how many times Avery has gone out of his way for me my name is Jason and I really appreciate you guys and I want to put a shout out to Marcus and also Mark super polite always doing their job phenomenally and helping me thanks guys and Victor was awesome I had him the other day I think it they might be Thomas I could be wrong but he was awesome

I picked up a 1/4 Grow Sciences "Grape Cream Cake", and Potent Planet's "Hangar 18" today, and I couldn't ask for a better experience. My budtender, whose name I can't recall, was more than helpful and experienced. *He was sporting a Members Only jacket, as was I. Anyhow, this place is always friendly, quick, and quite helpful. BTW, the strains I snagged slapped. It took me 40 minutes to write this.

Zen Leaf took this place over and has completely changed it for the worst. Everytime a new Zen Leaf change happens, it just pushes me closer to never using one of their dispensary... you lost touch with your market and are pushing customers away

They lured me in with day before specials. Point system changed after I've spent hundreds. Parking lot is full with no one in the despencory. You have to park in front of some factory and walk a block. For some reason the stuff that should be bought in jars is bagged up in there own bags.god knows what they put in it lol. You guys would probably bagg up red 22s if you sold them lol
