The line outside was a daunting site but moved relatively quickly, about 1/2 hour. Which went by quickly just from the excitement of buying weed legally. Super friendly staff, well organized. Beautiful space also. They have everything you need and prices are good.

The staff was friendly, with the budtender at the full-service desk being extremely personable and informative. The lobby is very open with high ceilings. There were more people waiting than could fit in the roped off queue area for full-service due to reduced staffing during renovations. Waiting in line in a crowded lobby didn't make for a relaxing shopping experience. I love that you can see and smell the flower product before purchasing and see it measured and packaged in front of you. The flower that I purchased was some of the most attractive, fresh, and aromatic flower I've come across. There was no lot parking mid day on a weekday, but there was street and lot parking reasonable distances away.

With it being a Saturday afternoon it was exceptionally busy so I suggest putting in a reserved order online. That line moved quickly. My cashier was very friendly and helped us decipher the process so we were more educated. There’s really not too much to complain about I’m just excited that I can pick up some herb whenever I want !

I have been going to NETA since it first opened and was my favorite dispensaries over the past few months I noticed the customer service has been awful. I tried to contact them numerous of times and know ever gets back to me and when I call they are extremely dismissive. Ever since Adult use in Northampton opened there has been so much less edibles I haven not been able to get CBD Gems for over a month which helps with my medical issues. I thought patients would always come first. I’m very disappointed NETA

We hear you and completely understand your frustrations. We want to let you know that we are working towards a better phone messaging system with our IT department. We have recently added several members to our team who will be happy to answer any of your questions when you call. We completely understand that it is frustrating when your go-to product is unavailable. We are working hard to increase our production so these issues are less likely to happen. Don't forget to ask Patient Service Associates about what alternatives are available when the product you are linking for is out. We carry many different edibles and we strive to do our best to help our patients find the right product. We hope that you give NETA another try!

Also has anyone noticed the rubi pods do not come as full as they look on the menu pictures just saying for $72 each after tax maybe they should look like they do in the pictures that neta uses to show what they are

I’m finding their Apex carts always have an issue. The heating element came out on 2 separate carts and then the most recent one I bought won’t rip for anything. I hate the layout. It’s not cozy and it’s loud and not relaxing. Parking lot sucks too.

As a former registered patient and customer of the brookline store. I have been using and spending with a quality service for the last 2 years. i just looked into your menu and was ready to branch out and use you guys again. But i see the limits on concentrates remain restrictive. i can live with that and understand the need for it, but when you ban people from certain stains like say the durban poison cartridge. And say special for patients only, it makes me feel less then. i vote with my dollars. i will keep moving NETA. Its a nice building tho

The service sucks and they can’t even answer the phone no excuses for this especially first thing in the morning been calling for 20 mins straight no one ever answered the phone absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!!!

Not well trained staff, informed me of products they didn't have and then would not give me a first time patient discount until I had to pull it up on my phone on there own website.

Without s doubt the worst collection of people in one place I genuinely don’t know where to start with this disaster. Medical patients stay away we have officially been given the shaft since recreational use has been made available the rec line moves three times as fast. I have been coming here since well before the rec days and the level of service is so low of you guys were in any other industry I don’t see how you would still be standing you guys ha w gone very Downhill and I promise I’ll never come back to this place again

First let me start by saying I have been a medical marijuana patient for 4 years now. I have tried to keep an open mind about this place, but their flower is not very good. My first visit approx. 3 years ago was my best (flower quality).. Since then they have become sub par,putting it nicely,dry,small nuggets, pretty much all the strains taste similar, totally not dispensary quality. I recently took advantage of their $200 coupon for getting my mmj card renewed, which by the way is a great promotion, it's really the only reason I gave them another shot after about 5 dissatisfied visits...I really can't speak about their other products as I only smoke flower...
