I went there one time and they told me I did not have to wait in line it would be much quicker to fill out a menu and give it to them and i would be done much quicker...NOT i was so 😠 I didn't say anything till my name was called.if I waited in line I would have been done 10 mins ago. Other than that everyone is nice.

I wish I lived closer... I drove 100 miles to try this dispensary and it did not disappoint. Kyle was a huge help, took time to explain each product to me, addressed my medical needs (which does not happen at every dispensary so I really appreciated that), and demonstrated great customer service. I would come here as my main dispensary if it were closer. That’s how great it is.

I tried to call to ask questions about adult use prior to my visit and was hung up on without ever reaching a dispensary staff member. I tried to call again and the same thing happened. A shame, I was really looking forward to my visit while I'm in Boston for the weekend. I expected better based on everything I've seen and read about them. Guess I won't be visiting. Can't comment on the product.

Acoustics are horrible for me but the staff is super friendly and well-informed. Each visit, they have spent plenty of time with me and I have never felt rushed. They listen carefully to all my symptoms and have been very helpful with suggestions of strains. Most purchases have been the right result.

This place served as the gold standard when we first passed legalization of mmj. This place was so insanely busy that it was really hard to shop here if you had physical limitations or couldn't deal with crowds, and strain and weight limits were a pain. However, it's calmed down a lot. There are usually 8 strains of flower offered, nice variety. A lot of it tests lower than it did a year ago, but they still have many stand out strains, especially sativa (many other shops are limited in sativa options). If you like Rem pens, they have a vast selection. In my opinion, their chocolate bar is the best around (I prefer the hybrid bar but all 3 are great). Also, this place is a non-profit, which I really like. No real cons for NETA except the location can be tough to get to and they close earlier than shops that are closer to me, so I can only really get to them on the weekend. My other areas for improvement for NETA seem to already been implemented. They've got seating all along where you stand in line so you can sit if it's really busy, and if you are overwhelmed by people or have anxiety issues they can offer you consultation in a separate room. Also, I haven't used it lately but they do have a setup where you can do "to go" orders by filling out a slip if you know exactly what you want already. Great place. I'd visit more if they were closer/open later.

NETA offer you 4 ounces for $1000. Wait in line for one or two hours. There is plenty of room inside the building, but they make you wait outside, temperature 19 degrees. At the counter, they tell you demand is great and you can only buy 1/8 ounce? I won't be back!

I used to go to NETA, Brookline, for all my needs and found it to be excellent. Now they seem to only carry/grow THC plants. None with CBD. I can only guess that they will be only catering to the recreational crowd. Beautiful spot too. Seems I don’t need to travel that far. Shame. Shame. Shame. Make their name in MMJ and then poof...

Best quality cartridges I’ve had! Great location but parking can be a challenge at peak hours. Beautiful facility with knowledgeable staff. Love how they show you the product and let you look and smell before buying- no hiding the freshness! Also love the Dose 4mg cubes I purchased- great value for the money. Definitely a favorite!

Neta is the most beautiful dispensary in Massachusetts that I have been too. I have always felt welcomed and well advised. Neta, hands down has the most economical edibles. I only wish they were more closely located to me. They have great flower for whatever ailes you. if you haven't been, make the trip. you can also order ahead.

This place is always popping every time I've been. First time can be a bit of a hassle, but after that, their express checkout is quick and easy. Fantastic selection, and they're hardly ever run out of stock, and when they do, it's usually their "limited selections" (which are always FIRE) Accessibility can be a bit of a pain, that parking lot is WAY too small, and they're in the middle of a busy intersection. Very cool location/building though. Staff is always very knowledgeable and usually very friendly, although I have had one or two "weed-snob-types" help me there. Product highlights at this place are their Apex carts (best premium vape carts in the area IMO) and their Wax. Edibles tend to be more expensive here than other nearby places. Overall: B+

I’m going to have to say I was a bit disappointed with the quality of a few products after my most recent visit. I purchased a couple pre-rolls that were by far the worst joints I’ve received from any dispensary. I ultimately had to break down and re-roll again. I was super excited to see the brownies back on the menu but after opening the package and finding what looked to be the dessert from a “kid cuisine” frozen meal I was sadly let down. The new recipe not only tastes awful but the brownie which was advertised as 50mg actually only had a total of 46.44mg. Now, I’ve seen products over by .44-2.50 mg dependent on dispensary but never under!!!! Also, Where’s the military discount!?!?!

I believe it was the great Lyndon Byers who said “Change ya lettuce, change ya Life.” I’m pretty sure LB was talking about a hair cut but hopefully by now you know where I’m going with this: NETA Best flower within 20 miles of Boston. Highest “vibration” for medical flower is here. Best overall experience and general atmosphere. Lines move quick, Express lines are great. As close to the feeling of some of the West Coast collectives we are gonna get at the moment.

I am so tired of the same strains here and the same old, same old. HERE SOME ADVICE: since Jack Frost sells out in a day, have you thought about growing more? Please stop using plastic bins to store all your flower and use glass Jars like a big kid....throw a humidifier packet in there as well because your flower needs it. Offer delivery or express pick up. Offer sales or rewards points. Jack frost is the only reason i go back to this dispensary....higher quality vape cartridges, flower, and faster service
