Overall a good visit at NETA. They have a great selection of concentrates and they do bulk discounts which not all dispensaries do. They also have the $200 new patient special which is a huge benefit. Saw a few samples of flower and they all looked pretty good, smaller nugs though. One thing to be prepared for is that the parking situation is not ideal, they have a very small lot where maybe 10-15 cars can fit and the rest is all street parking. Will definitely be returning!

I drove there & They conveniently offer free parking But It is difficult depending on the day/Time u go to get a spot. They have High Quality Products at a Reasonable price.. The "BudTender" was very nice , it was a over all It was a welcoming atmosphere. Looking forward to my next visit.

Love ‘‘tis place! Xavier helped me today and she was so happy, informative and took her time with me. Awesome service and you feel like a person when you’re here not a number. So happy I’ll be making NETA numero uno, well at least the days I can drive there. Great discounts to help patients out because it is medicine but pay out of pocket hurts .

I've visited NETA is Brookline a few times now. Easy access from MBTA Green Line and I had no problem parking on Boylston Street when the NETA lot was full. Very friendly knowledgeable staff. The sativa and hybrid flower I've purchased all very very good, but the indica strains (Master Kush, Walker..) were not what I expected (understanding that everyone has a different experience with any given strain), I have had very good experiences with other indicas so I was perplexed. Purchasing at the counter resulted in me spending twice as much as intended on both visits - yeah, my bad, but next time I'll do the express instead of going to the counter to avoid getting overwhelmed by all the choices. Amazing space!!!

Gotta say... NETA Brookline is the BEST!!!!!! been going there since June 2017... My favorite so far. Just got a call from a very nice manager Simone who called to tell me at the end of the night count the budtender overcharged me $100.00 and I didn't even notice . She instantly CREDITED it to me so when I come in next time I could use it. What a nice surprise to my day. THANK YOU SIMONE and I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!

Best prices on bud anywhere, esp., when you factor in the discounts and specials. Good quality, well manicured buds. I can't believe someone complained they waived the smell of the herb to you? Thats awesome in my book and I like how you see the bud they are weighing up. Need to offer hash though. Some exotics such as moon rocks and such would be nice as well.

This was my first dispensary, and it is, IMHO, really the king of all. The building is beautiful, they kept all of the period woodwork in place, the building was an old bank and it's beautiful. Great flower, good people, top service. I love the way they open a bin of buds, let you smell it, and then weigh it out in front of you. Total numero uno!

Very friendly and informative staff. they have lots of products ranging from lighter dose to seasoned veterans. The layout is well done and the have their stuff together, with 3 options to pick up: fsce-to-face, order -and-wait, scheduled pickup. My personal favorite are the 2mg dose cubes to get you right to that perfect level you want to be at, provided you show the 2-hour patience.

Amazing products, atmosphere, service, and experience. My advisor Nancy was so incredibly helpful--and patient--and is just a lovely person. Such a gorgeous facility, too. I ended up purchasing 3.5g CBD-rich Sour Tsunami x Cataract Kush flower, 3.5g Bruce Banner flower, 1g Jack Frost flower, a variety pack of 5 pre-rolls (Tangerine Haze, Grape Stomper, Flo OG, Walker Kush, and Master Kush), a 1:1 CBD:THC Rempen Slim, and a hybrid dark chocolate dose bar. All of the products have been fantastic, perhaps with the exception of the Rempen Slim, which is good not great, but I look forward to purchasing on my next visit the Apex One (just released). The CBD-rich flower is giving me tons of relief and energy. Looking forward to my next visit, and thanks again, Nancy!

Incredibly crowded on a cold, rainy Monday afternoon. I got in line with the rest of the customers ( I was # 12). 40 minutes later and I finally got to a budtender window. NETA occupies the former main branch of The Brookline Bank so it's a beautiful place inside. My budtender was a wonderful young lady. She was friendly, knowledgeable and polite. She told me that that location services 70% of all the Mass. Marijuana patients. I went specifically to get the AC/DC strain which had just been added to their menu. Fantastic CBD strain. They have a great selection of bud and 1st time patients get $50 of herb for $1. Returning patients get to use the Express Lane so I don't plan on having a long wait time in the future. Overall, I'll return here although it's an hour drive for me. Their selection and friendly staff are worth the ride.

The Gorilla Glue shatter is amazing. Flo OG, Bruce Banner, Gorilla Glue, Girl Scout Cookies, Domnesia and Ghost Train Haze are all my favorite strains available here and they never disappoint. Tend to stick to high THC strains myself but that's just me! Really wish they would start rolling in new strains though as they've had the same great strains since they've opened. Would like to see my favorites or even just the staples stay and them also bring in some new fire!!! See you guys soon!

Anyone with something bad to say about NETA or the staff has much deeper issues. The staff and product are incredible. No one has ever tried to force any product on me here!! However I have heard other patients try and sound like "the expert"...if you are misinformed about what you desire and the staff here corrects that misinformation you should thank them! It is not their fault that you are uneducated as a patient From all the positive experiences here irritates me to read the negative reviews of those who clearly were having a bad day to being with. I would recommend this place to any of my family or friends.

If you are going to a dispensary for the first time, this is the one to start with. The building is perfect and u can feel an exciting buzz in the air the second u walk in. They greet u with a menu the second u go in and ask if you have been there before. U can wait in line and order with bud tender or sit on couches & hand an order form to a runner. Great selection & top notch knowledge from entire staff. I've never been to another dispensary where everyone is so happy to be there. Well done, the gold standard in Mass. Now if they could open another one south of Boston, I'd never go any where else.

The NETA locations are beautiful. They have great packaging and a good selection of strains usually. Edibles are tasty and do the job. My only issue is that while the flower usually looks pretty good, there isn't much personality to the the phenotypes I've seen of certain genetics. These strains don't have a lot of smell or taste in my experience, and the effects aren't the best. I recently tried GSC and Master Kush: Both genetics are great, but these phenotypes did not match up with my experience with both strains in the past. If GSC stands for Girl Scout Cookies, then for me this strain was a let down for me. I also found a very tiny male flower on the GSC. Overall not bad for Massachusetts though... especially if you have a low tolerance or are unfamiliar with genetics.

NETA has major credibility issues surrounding their Apex Rempen line. I have fought with them for over a month about their defective cartridges. Their employees act very dishonestly when you bring this to their attention. The bold faced manager women tried telling me with a straight face that there is no issue with the Apex product. This is a warning to all fellow patients that we deserve to be treated fairly and with integrity.

I like this dispensary with it's old world charm; the architectural design elements from the former bank make it a fun stop. I went there yesterday and picked up their strain: Sweet Tooth, and from the kushy aroma when the associate first opened the container I knew that I was in for a real treat! The herb is kind with a wonderful flavor profile and aromatics. I would recommend this strain to anyone needing a new perspective but you may wish to wait until the chores are done first as there is a significant lack of motivation and even couch lock if you indulge in too much. In small doses it is great for bike rides but only with the ubiquitous safety gear, of course. I'm really liking this strain; good job, folks!
