Friendly, knowledgeable greeter and bud tender; great quality and variety of product; very convenient to those of us who live here--right across Willamette from MoC (& liquor store--so think twice!); best of all: patient with us. . . uhm, emeritus smokers who are still wide-eyed in this brave new legal world!

I'm a frequent buyer from this location and the quality is hit or miss. I was pleased by their display of the L.A. confidential but after purchasing I was displeased at what I bought to say the least but the other strain I bought was very good.I've had this happen a few times not saying they are a bad dispensarie but yup.

I came in for the first time today and was impressed with the decor but not much else. The staff seemed unorganized and uneducated about your current products, basic strain knowledge and even the daily specials. Props on the decorations, but the staff needs more than a little work. I probably won't be back.

This is a very nice, clean, friendly store. The staff is very helpful and knowledgable of products in stock and previous products. The store is very clean and professional. I have been going here since I moved to Eugene, I have been to other dispensaries and find myself coming back to NLW because of quality and price

My first visit to an OR dispensary. The service was excellent, the selection of cartridges was great.

Next Level is usually my first choice between dispensaries. Besides the fact that Next Level is only 5 blocks away, they carry a wide selection and have an amazing atmosphere that's hard to find! Never have I experienced a dispensary that is as on point as Next Level, the attention to detail is refreshing. If I had any complaints, it would be the frustration between rec and med almost being seen as two different stores in their computer system. Over all I would rate Next Level a 12 1/2 out of 20, and trust me when I say dispensaries usually never score above a nine. Great job! :D

We went to this location because we saw a deal on leafly for $50 1/8ths of Black Gold Nuggets and $50 1/4 of cherry kush. We signed in with them and everything was going well. We went in and immediately asked where the gold nuggets were, and they pointed us in the right direction. Then I asked about the deal we had seen on leafly. When I said it they had thought I had said $30 instead of $50 so this sort of scared them or something and they got the manager and they told us there was no $30 deal. I then told them I never said $30 and after that the service was terrible from the girl there, I'm pretty sure because she thought we were trying to rip them off....but we weren't... She was very rude and unfriendly. Even though we got what we came there for, we aren't going back...

I have loved this store since my first visit. The bud tender, easy on these old eyes was friendly and helpful, and also the owners daughter. She helped me determine a few different strains to try out. I also got the new customer gift and have enjoyed the weekly specials and special events that Next Level presents. They have a great assortment of meds, a great selection of flowers and all of my favorites except Jimi Hendrix I was able to buy there. ( Golden Pineapple, Lambsbread SD, G-13, Platinum Animal Cookies, Tora Bora, etc. I saw Maui on the menu once but it wasn't in stock:< I don't recommend you visit, leave all the good stuff for me! I come in all the time and this place is awesome. They always have quality trees and oil. The deals for medical patients are awesome and all customers are treated like family. The Variety that they offer is also out of this world.

My husband is 100% disabled combat vet from active Army, honorably discharged from 3rd ACR. He has been coming to this establishment since they opened. Today my husband and I decided to come in today for some medication. To have this dirty man who said himself that he was a "Taveler" and supposedly served 28 years Navy get in my husbands face. It doesn't stop there, not only does he gets in my husbands face he acts like he is holding a gun under his shirt!!! I feel that the establishment should've had either a metal detector at the door or safer environment. It could have been really dangerous if this man really had a gun. The staff is awesome, but nobody should be put in those circumstances.

This is my FAVORITE dispensary in Eugene by far. Great people, BEST best prices, and they always have high quality flower. Always impressed by how many options they have for rec users as well! Check it out for sure.

Looking for a shop for your medical and recreational marijuana? Look no further. Next Level Wellness is simply top notch. I originally tried them because of their pricing (which remains the best in town) but now I come back for the service and experience. You just feel totally at ease and completely happy doing business with Next Level. I live 2 blocks from another dispensary but I still walk over a mile, just to get to Next Level Wellness. All-around excellence.

Great place, great location. First time in and they were swamped. But when they call your name the bud tenders are super.

I have been here quite a few times and I even wrote a review before but I had to write another. I came here on the first day rec. was legal. I have had my medical card for awhile and was not looking forward to going in that day because I knew the crowd would be crazy. I got to cut ahead of the rec. users and they let me in as soon as I got there. It made my day. I am so glad that they are putting medical patients first. (: Next Level is easily my favorite dispensary in Eugene.

This is the only place I go! Super cool and helpful staff, great atmosphere and plenty of strains and products to choose from!

Next level is a great dispensary ,lots of selection in flowers ,budtenders are usual nice and helpful in recommending . the only problem i have is that it feels kinda uptight play some bob marley in the waiting room something the enjoy while you wait

you guys do it proper!!@#$ but the last couple times I was in the bud I got was leafy and not done yet (stem wouldn't snap,buds were mushy etc etc) and once I got the bottom of the bag type stuff ...more like duf and sugar leaf instead of nice full buds like usual...was pretty disappointed ....the display buds were nice but what I got wasn't so nice...the classic switcharooo ? or just a mistake...?

This place is great. I went to another local store and got some "Top Shelf" stuff for $15 a gram. The weed was garbage compared to what I get at Next Level, and they only charge me $10 per gram. The prices are good, but the knowledgeable staff makes the store seem that much more professional. Good business, good prices, I would highly recommend making Next Level your store.
