The product is great, selection is impressive, but the customer service is really lacking. Some of the budtenders are dismissive and pushy about the way they use the product. They don't make small talk.

I love Next Level Wellness. They have a great flower selection along with great prices. It's really nice that they have deals each day and marked down flower each week. Lastly I enjoy their medical edible selection, there is a great deal of options!

Honestly I'm a little disappointed with this dispensary. The price is good and the quality of the flower is excellent, but the service is lacking. Hundreds of people shop your Leafly menu everyday so its' accuracy should be taken seriously. The strain I went in for a priced incorrectly and the strain I did buy had (clearly) misrepresented cannabinoid results. Customer service wise, they are well-trained but lack authenticity in their customer engagement. I really want to like this place, their value is great and because of that I will be back again. Overall I think this dispensary has the ability to knock it out of the park and I hope they improve.

In NEED of some more GRAND FIRE OG!!!!!! This excellent flower is so tasty and the effects are rather legendary. Great medicine.

One of the better locations and looks to be competitive in the Eugene Market for a while...not a huge fan of paying the extra scale weight amount when other places just call it close enough...How calibrated are the scales? Anyways...One of the best 'value' 6$ grams in town and rec friendly deals on display nugs. Whoever can appeal to the regular, average income, rec user will win Eugene!

First off love the staff and their energy, also love the shops setup very professional, the greeted me with great respect, and chatted while I made my selection. I'll choose this place iif you haven't already.

I have been to Next Level Wellness several time and I always have a good experience. The product is good quality for a reasonable price.

Every time I step foot in there, I feel welcomed, very friendly and hard working staff that are knowledgeable at what they do. I always have a great experience here. Also their selection for concentrates top the rest. you've definitely taken us to the "next level"

Friendly staff, good selection!

Went shopping at three dispensaries with my friend who is OMMP. REC for me. Went here first because it was rated #6 on Leafly's November Top Dispensary list. Don't know why based on our experience there. No smile from the receptionist...Hey you are supposed to be welcoming those walking into your establishment! Upon entering the bud room there are two sides. One REC and one MED. Wanted a strain that was MED only. When I told the budtender that my friend was getting the Durban, he immediately became a bit paranoid suggesting that it wasn't kosher. Huh? It's legal, one can give it to another friend. It's was the least friendly place we visited today. Won't go back. Many other places in town.

This is a great place. Some of the best prices in town, with frequent deals and specials for both recreational and medicinal. Nice variety of different strains every time. Staff is usually pleasant, informed, and helpful when it comes to questions about various strains or products. Nicely decorated inside, cool art on the walls. Convenient location for S Eugene (parking in back). Would definitely recommend a visit!

This dispensary is the best. It is beautiful and the people are friendly. The only thing that would make it better is to somehow have customers enter from the alley, not Willamette Street.

7/1 got the best Eugene Future available anywhere. Indica dominant very strong. I only wish the waiting room has AC like the product room. excellent extract selection. I'm partial to the White Label Extracts.

Great spot

I walked in, loved the vibe, the decor...the front desk guy was super sweet. Got to the back and patiently waited my turn behind a couple medical patients. When I finally got to talk to the bud-tender tho... wow! Not sure what her problem was. Bad attitude, bad mood, whatever - I've been to a few dispensaries in the area, and this was definitely the least friendly and coldest interaction I've had. Not cool, chica! Better get on some of that sweet sativa you're peddling there! The herbs were great though!

I came here on multiple recommendations, and was not disappointed at all! Everyone from the front desk staff to the bud tenders were very knowledgeable and courteous. The product was great, very high quality, and not too out of the ordinary in terms of price. The bud tenders knew their stuff as well. I would definitely come back here again!

First time customer to Next Level Wellness and it's the fourth dispensary I've been to in Eugene/Springfield. Very nice vibes & pleasant waiting area with a cool & pretty girl to check you in and inform you about whatever you need to know. The medicine room looked average but I would say selection was above especially concetrates. I liked how there pricing system on flower was laid out very simple compared to other spots with all eights for $30, which is exactly what I ended up purchasing. I got 3 types of Durban poison, Woody kush and Golden pineapple all of which were equal to or better than the top shelf bud of other dispensaries in quality (taste, smell, texture & looks) as well as thc content. Along with that they kicked me a nice first time pre rolled J which hit the spot on my way home...walking of course;). I'll be back for sure I am eager to try there in house closed loop concetrates.

I hope that Cottage Grove has a dispensary that I can feel as comfortable in as this one

This is the absolute best dispensary in Eugene! I love this place, I want to work here, but it takes a long time to get in, bummer huh? I would love it and they would have one hell of a loyal employee, I can tell you that! I have been doing this a very long time and I know my stuff! I have also had a medical card, and a care giving card, I a now a recreational farmer, but have grown for many, many years! I can truly say that these folks are just the best you can get, they know what they are doing and they do it right!!!

They have a vast selection of top quality bud labeled with the THC and CBD contents, and colored coded for sativa, indica and hybrids. Customer service was very friendly and personal. The prices are no higher than they should be. Would recommend Next Level Wellness to anyone.

These guys are absolutely amazing if you want to come in and get exactly what you're looking for or on the other side of the spectrum if you have no idea what you want or what you're looking for these guys will help you out with anything and everything you guys rock keep it up thank you

For two years Ive come here and always left with quality med. BUT. Flower Game is Lacking right now guys. This used to be the spot to get the dankest Kush and Diesels around. But haven't seen any on the shelf in well over a month. Had to go to Portland again this week to stock up. Hope to see Walker and WIFI back on the menu soon. First time I have ever left the shop empty handed.
