So, I recently just helped my mom set up her medical account as her caregiver with Northeast Alternatives. I found that process seamless. If you are just finding your way in the world of medical cannabis I highly recommend the Fall River Northeast Alternative location as their staff is engaging and informative. I personally was a recreational customer prior to becoming my moms caregiver so I had some knowledge of the things I may need to buy for her. However, the medical side of things can provide benefits I didn’t know were possible.
The staff, especially Johnny tsunami knows his products. I have been helped now several times by him and he always has great recommendations and answers to my endless questions.
The menu for pre-rolls, edibles, flower and concentrates is usually where I find myself stumbling over the many strains. When I ask for help finding products to help with various ailments, I’m directed to something my mom ends up loving.
The atmosphere, menu, location, ease of ordering from purchase to pickup has made this process incredibly easy to navigate. Find your way to this great dispensary or you’re missing out.

This is the best dispensary I’ve been to in mass and ri! It’s the only one I go to! Although they always have many good choices I love how you can interact with staff members online and ask questions. JOHN gives great recommendations and is always super helpful and extremely friendly. Also Mike T comes to mind as well for his excellent service! Thank you guys ! I’ll keep coming !

I was served by Heidi at Northeast Alternatives who made some fantastic suggestions. I have pain in my feet and can't believe how well the edibles work for me so I can sleep at night. I gave up ibuprofen and took up taking gummies. She gave me paperwork on getting my medical card - I will be doing this on Monday. Thank you Heidi for taking time out to help me.

Purchased products at Northeast Alternatives in Fall River, MA and was very happy with Janice who waited on me and had some excellent suggestions as to what to purchase. She suggested I keep the products cool but as I was traveling for a few days, they got a little warm. Just chatted with Richard F. Who was very helpful and answered my questions right away and even gave me some good suggestions as to what to do, Thanks go both of them!!

I haven't been to the shop yet, but talking to Richard F. in chat help, was an amazing experience!
He seemed so nice, relatable, and very knowledgeable!
I asked about Jim Belushi Ice Cream and although you were out, WE want to get it back! lol!' I'll get a few of them for my father (can't smoke, needs edibles) and will make the trip there IF you can get them!
So want to thank you, and most importantly Richard F., For being so nice! And smart for getting that brand! Very smart!

This was my third visit here but it will not be the last.
I very much appreciate the outside preorder pick up window , a great option for
those of us who prefer not to enter public buildings at this moment.
Each employee I have encountered has been knowledgeable and helpful.
Including Carlos, who today informed me of discounts I was eligible for and applied those
discounts! Great service, good pricing and great product.!
Three times now I place an online order on their website and I get there and they tell me it's canceled because they don't have a picture on my profile yet their website never asked for one! First two times at least they knew what I ordered the last time they didn't so I told him well this sucks and I walked out. I have anxiety and I have troubles dealing with BS and this is why I'm a medical client. I have no problem placing an order either on this site or douchey at every other dispensary. They're insane policy has lost a customer.

I liked the fact my product was of not stable content via another dispensary. Was NOT out of date. I believe like a lot of these concentrates storage also plays a part. I was taken inside where it was 100% clean and ALL covid safety requirements were being fulfilled to the fullest extent. So being a patient and being treated like one was commendable. Protocol order online pickup window no entrance to building. Yesterday like I said did have an issue.,but was told to go rite around to main entrance and explain to security and I would be let in to rectify situation. NEA interior was not only visbly 100% clean . Also the inviting aroma of Alcohol , and other cleaning solutions. I've never had anything bad to say been there since they opened rec.first and medical past 2yrs. To me standing by product is imperative and a lot of dispensaries dont stand by the products all sales final on bottom of receipt is the only thing they stand by. chemdawg4 for 3 chems. excellent comparison guys. 👏 In closing no matter where u go with this pandemic it's hard ,but if u can't check it on spot ,check ur purchases in ur vehicle BEFORE U LEAVE THE PARKING LOT PEOPLE. U should b disinfecting everything u bought 1st thing. Covid has no face😷

I had a question about a promo and used the site's chat feature. Richard responded so quickly that I thought he was a bot but his answer was personalized, laid back, and on-point. A single reply answered my question so off I go to pick up some product. This will be my third time and the ordering and pick up process is so easy and convenient and I'm very please with the products and people there.
The minute I pull up in the parking lot, employees are friendly, respectful, helpful, knowledgeable. I even crack a job or have a interesting conversation with employees. I always feel comfortable upon my visit and until I leave. Need I mention NORTHEAST ALTERNATIVES is my favorite dispensary!!! Cannabis is always very HIGH!! Lol
