I love this place. The staff is so helpful & knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable every time I shop there. Never rushed and always taken excellent care of. Jasmine, Tayla, & Richard have the best customer service skills I have ever seen. The professionalism is unmatched. They definitely give me quality products and some laughs to go with it!

Today I used their online chat option to find vegan edible options. Richard was extremely helpful. I’ve been in the store before and this is my favorite dispensary for their products and service.

I was there first curbside! my immune system is extremely compromised they made special precautions easy I never felt safer! The process in general was better and felt safer than cvs I Preordered prior to pick up they sprayed the pad and had on ppe! I was able to pay by debit right from my handicapped spot in my car they took more precautions than the hospital when I got tested I absolutely recommend this location! The girl and the manager the day before helped me to pick the right things I needed for my illnesses and my pain and anxiety issues I actually had my Easter dinner for first time in a month ate a full meal my pain is less and I hv no anxiety at all I was able to go through the process with them and the state started last Thursday I could hv gone yesterday! with my tella health all the way to the state id completed all of this and could have gone last night but I started on Thursday an here it is Easter Sunday They are open and I hv the meds I need !! Thank you to everyone who helped with the process from tella health the state and the dispensary pharmacy absolute would give 10 stars if I could!!! This is more than an essential service it deserves the credit it’s due I was never a person who used any of this kind of stuff and I’ll swear by it now . Thank you to the manager and there team for helping me get what I needed and the correct dosages all the way to helping me understand everything!!!!! So everyone no problem there you are as safe if not safer than anyplace I’ve had to go since I’ve quarantined.

I really love this place. The energy is untouched. I’m greeted by name when I come in and everyone that has serviced me is so pleasant. I do have my favorites.

Amazing dispensary! They always have a great selection of products for both medical and recreational. The staff just makes the experience all worth it though! I had such a pleasant experience being helped by Victoria earlier today, service like this makes me want to shop here exclusively! Y’all are awesome

I just finished chatting with Richard F. OMG he was unbelievably friendly, informative and understanding to my situation. I had a question about using a topical for pain in my hands but was worried because as a truck driver my husbands employer does random drug tests. I wasn't sure if using the topical would affect him in any way. Richard was so honest with me and made me feel so much better about the situation! Also, on another note, I had tried in the past to leave reviews and wasn't sure how...Richard also helped me with this! I have always had nothing but great experiences when visiting Northeast Alternatives and have always had really nice bud tenders. But the one who really stood out was Darius. I was having a tough morning and when I went to pick up my on line order he was so great and turned my whole day around and put me in the best mood. Thank you all for the awesome work that you do on line and in person!

I love the chat option online. Rec’d help from Richard today. I’m a little disappointment that the Sour Pseunami strain has been unavailable for quite some time. This should really be put back on the menu.

I called the store to ask some questions regarding a medical card . A lady named Savannah picked up and was more than happy to help me. She was so kind and informed me of how to sign up and the amazing benefits. We also talked about what products would help for my anxiety and pain and she made me feel beyond confident and excited, great customer service!

Medical review; As a medical patient in Massachusetts I have been to several medical dispensaries as well as combined med/rec dispensaries, Northeast Alternatives was probably the most unorganized and unprofessional towards medical patients. You have to wait in a separate line outside while all the rec customers get in and out of the tent setups in about 5 minutes. Once they finally let you into the building you’re guided to the back area which is basically a repurposed closet ( forget about social distancing inside. ) I will say the only thing this place had going for it was the bud tender I had, I believe her name was Hannah, she was very professional and helped me out with everything and made sure my order was perfect! Thanks to her and the decent bud I don’t completely hate this place, please prioritize medical patients like 98% of other dispensaries do around here, this was a very very busy place and it seems it’s directed towards making as much money from their huge recreational crowd not medical patients who have a doctor recommendation to come buy medicine. I may or may not return
