Very clean and bright. Very helpful and friendly service. Good choice of strains not the best but good options. Easily returning.

I saw this place featured in a trendy online design magazine recently. Although the waiting area is small, they process customers into the sales area pretty quickly. I guess they count on customers thinking the sales floor is so beautiful they won't mind spending extra money on product that is available other nearby places at lower prices. TruMed is a boutique store with botique prices to match. I have even seen expensive luxury and sports cars parked in their lot.

The staff was awesome and so friendly! The strains they carry are amazing. I loved their pre-rolls as well. The atmosphere and the feel is very comfortable and relaxing

I love high quality shatters and cake batters, and I shop here frequently to get my meds. lucid dream is legit and plush berry, and the girl cookies are amazing.

I love this place. It's the only place in town I will go. I do have one complaint. More and more often you are going to "grams" only. This is simply a way for you to squeeze more money out of patients. Don't be greedy. This industry is generating plenty of money for you and others. I know firsthand the resources it takes for the grow operation.
Please stop this practice of switching your best selling flowers to "grams only" it's shameful

In response to the 'grams only' comment, we do this because we are short of product and might only have 'grams only' left until our next shipment from cultivation. Trust us, if we had the packages available, we'd sell them. We prefer to sell ounces over grams :) Thank you for being such a loyal patient of ours though!

I love this dispensary! The meds are always FIRE! Everything is cured perfectly and trimmed to a tee. You can tell the staff love their jobs and Jenn has always been very educated and informative when I visit. Jesse has always been quick and efficient at check out, and everyone works together and it's obviously a fun place to work. I live across the valley and I drive past many dispensaries just to come to tru med. Believe me when I say it's the best dispensary in AZ!

Very great atmosphere, very great staff. The grower is phenomenal and should be teaching his ways of growing to other people. I drove like an hour to this place i would go back again still.king louie was my favorite strain
