This was my first medical shop I entered after I received my MMJ card. I was BLOWN away at the customer service from the security guard to the waiting area to the check out employee. Young folks working hard, helping those in need, and spreading a calming vibe to every client as many customers aren't used to this type of market modality. Two thumbs up! Quality great as well!

Don't waste your time going anywhere else.

common people, you have competition! yes, you have a nice staff and its pretty inside the store, but pretty much, you're the same as everywhere else. lower your prices or bring in some stellar flower that reflects the price!

it was good but i got their shatter pen and drove to prescott and went to open it up and the cartridge leaked out before i could use it.

Quality

This place may have top-notch top shelf medical but it's too damn expensive I mean this $20 gram stuff is too expensive when we're making 42 million and just sells alone and taxes for Colorado this is too expensive. Any specials but people think you're getting are really special that mean come on if you really appreciate your customers what's is Graham stuff for pre-roll stuff what happened buy one get one too bad real garden natures Royal Gardens closed because that would be my number one spot but this place was good had AAA stuff if you have money. Guess I'm just heartbroken because I'm on a disability with a limited income and I really can't afford this so I have to think of something else to do for my relief.

Very clean shop. Knowledgeable staff. Kinda limited on concentrate's but good for flower.

this place is super dope. the atmosphere and the whole building itself is amazing. and also all I bought from there was a preroll and ended up with 2 free ones just for liking them on social media, and got another free one for my first time visit. Whenever I go up to the valley I will stop by there!

Trumed is a nice place with great meds. The flowers are of great quality and their service is great too. I picked up a shatter pen. Works great. It also works as a stylus for your phone or tablet.

Trumed is my new go to spot for everything I want and need. My bud tender Gabby that helped me was freakin awesome! Very patient, very knowledgable, and very nice! Jen the cashier that checked me out was really nice too and very helpful! All around great place

Went to Tru Med today for the first time and it will not be my last. Even though they did not have exactly what I was looking for in stock, I was still able to pick up a few things and got a sweet pre-roll as a first timer to the store. Very clean and welcoming. I would totally recommend this location to anyone in the area that wants top shelf with a smile.

5 stars all day every day! I love this place and I absolutely refuse to go anywhere else unless absolutely necessary for a specific strain or something. The BEST flower in Arizona and by far the best staff that makes you feel like family every time. I hate to leave a good review because it means you'll just get busier!

First time patient and the first place I visited was TruMed. Good choice in my book. The staff was really friendly, even the security guard was was welcoming. Overall, I'm glad I chose TruMed for my firt dispensary visit. They lived up to the 5 Star rating, the reason why I chose to vist them in the first place. Thanks alot TruMed, can not wait to return!
