I shop there 3 to 4 times a week...budtenders had a problem with me being 4 cents short...I had a 10 dollar bill but went to the car for the change. I didn't have the change so I asked someone who was going in with me if he had change for the 10.... The manager and the budtender had a problem with that....good place bad people running it...guess they don't see me as a valued costumer....they have their own comstomers they value... certain people can throw trash on a clean for.....they should watch who they hire

i went thr a few weeks ago & the service was horrible!! poor customer service! i felt rushed to get out of the store . the budtender could move on to the next customer. also they didn't even seem to now the product they were selling anyway. & alot of times your budtendera r just plain rude!! so anyway since that experience i have not been back! cause y'all now thr is so many dispensaries to choose from here in the phoenix area!

Do not spend any money here! I got the Melonatti flower by Tru Meds that has bug living inside the bud. This is terrible and I’m blown away they would sell this to me. The bud appears to not be cured properly, not dry. When opening a bud it doesn’t crack open but more like tearing the bud apart because of moisture. It no doubt, has bugs living inside and smelled like we grass clippings. I’m disappointed to say the least coming from packaging that states boutique on it. Small nugs, bad smell, bugs and didn’t risk my health trying it, what a waist of time and $150!

This dispensary sucks a big banana. They sold me their Drip Oils Banana Pie cartridge that tasted like they used rotten bananas in the butane process. The cartridge tastes so bad that it is unusable. I would not recommend this dispensary based on my recent experience here.

Would not recommend this location at all. Had pre order, arrived before close and they told me they can’t take order. Drove 30 mins out of my way and owner looked me in the eye and waited to 10:01 to say we can’t serve you. This was a good dispo to me but now I will never come here again. I never write reviews unless it’s good but this was just cold hearted. Would of taken 1 minute to cash out my order talking about “come back tomorrow” yeah right never again

One of the best options for dispensaries in downtown Phoenix. Not always the lowest prices but has great deals everyday of the week.

yeah of their cannabis is moldy and they still pass it through and it's disgusting!

The budtender rang up my transaction incorrectly and over charged me. I didn't notice until I got home and looked at the receipt. I went back to them within 10 mins wanting the correct price point and the amount I was overcharged back. They would only give me store credit and at first they only wanted to give me the base amount the the product cost without the 25% rec tax that I paid. I didn't want store credit as it wouldn't get used bc I don't and probably won't shop here regularly. This wasn't a return or exchange, the employee messed up bc he wasn't following protocol. In my opinion, the transaction should have been voided and rung up properly. Not only was I over charged and forced to take home product that I didn't want, but their inventory is going to be messed up too. Also, through out both visits 3 different employees, multiple times kept referring to me as 'love' which made me feel uncomfortable. I understand wanting to create a friendly environment but calling people love when you don't know them is inappropriate and can make or an uncomfortable environment. The layout and design of the shop was nice and I enjoyed the grocery style feel. The receptionist was also great and seemed like she had great potential to go somewhere in the industry. Props to her. The time was like 10:30 am today.

Wes helped me pick flower out and we talked about different brands: Verano, Abundant and Holoh. I talked to GM Maurice who was extremely friendly also and mentioned he saw HoloH at the Cookies opening today! Great location by me - I’ll be back!

These guys had gifted me with a giveaway with 5 grams of Muse concentrates and they were so nice about the process. I cannot thank them enough, they hooked it up with my preferences which is a mix of hybrid, indica, and sativa. The packaging was intact and the product was sittin pretty. The smell of each one was different as well as the taste so that’s good news. I’ll definitely be back because of First Fridays and the Muse concentrates made me a daily user.

I went in for my first time got a bogo on an 8th of avenue flower .was told by the bud tender that it was good .Got home opened the jar of jungle cake.so dry no flavor. bad batch not sure. so I opened the jar of first class funk and it was worse than the jungle cake. .Gives me a headache when I try to medicate..Not happy and I so do no recommend. Don't get the Avenue you will be disappointed unless you don't know any better

Just found this place about a month ago and I love this place they always have good deals and their product is always 🔥 Highly recommended
