No more deals for medical patients and price hikes right before rec is disrespectful to the medical patients that kept u guys in business all these years sad

Went back here in December after a year long break from UGD. Nice remodel but couldnt they put up a Menu monitor somewhere? There used to be tablets attached to the chairs at the old place and now there's nothing but the specials. I've been back 5 times and I've had to wait more than 10 min. each time, which I didn't enjoy. The place where the time machine is at would be a FABULOUS place to put a couple monitors w/the current menu on them. Altho I'm not sure if that would help because ive ordered something from a bud tender then got to the cashier and they didn't have it, which I find odd. Anyway, the specials are good, just about everything else is over priced. That's why I quit going here last year actually. But come on $14 for a chillum??

When they first opened I went there. I bought a couple 8ths and a cool steamroller. The price was right and the piece looked nice so I figured why not. Now the donation price is 368 per oz. That is way to much to ask for an oz of any quality, imo. I can't come back as long as they only ask so much.

They make their own hash oil cartridges and they don't load them with glycol, so they aren't as sweet as some of the cartridges out there, but you're not smoking a bunch of filler. The Blue Widow oil gave a nice calming effect despite it being heady sativa dominant strain. Staff was super friendly, got a free gram of Blue Widow flower for a new patient special (SCORE!) And (this has nothing to do with the quality of the medicine or the facility) but they sure do hire some good looking people to staff the place. So there's that too.

This was my first visit to this dispensary. Unfortunately, without any statistics of THC or CBD levels in their product, I did not make a purchase. I did feel that the bud tender was a bit over the top agressive. Didnt really like the atmosphere, other than the "model" they hired to great people. They did give me a free gram of their best sativa for first time patients. The visual quality was good but the medicinal effect was just OK. I will try them again, but wont rush back.

Although the staff was friendly the bud quality was below average. Most buds were very dry. Plus my bud tender didn't really know much about the strains other than "this will get you really high" and "wow, this is really good stuff". The waiting room chairs were grimy and could use some steam cleaning. I don't think I'll be back.

Lovely meds for sure, and the staff was very helpful in taking care of me. Will be back soon.

Just loaded up the last of your Blue Widow I picked up back on 4/20. Left a review when I got it. Fabulous strain, You should be proud. I am coming back for more of that you can be sure. The medicinal quality of it is truly top on the shelf. Kept in a mason jar it stayed sweet and delicious. Never crispy and always consistent for the almost 2 months since I brought it home. Thanks for taking the time to grow your meds correctly. It`s a pleasure making the drive from Pima rd and the 101 to your dispensary. May I suggest a discount for people like me on SSI disability ? It would sure give an edge to those of us on limited fixed incomes.

Raising prices in a pandemic is crazy. How do you have $30 8th as your cheapest option? Harvest stocks are raising so is there prices it’s gross. This is medicine now your prices are going to be just like the rest of the medicine and prescriptions. Overpriced and selfish. It’s cool Emerald in jars haven’t changed their prices. The people that works there are cool and friendly. I won’t be coming back

Wow just wow.. I come here at least once a week for the PuraEarth carts... Jeremiah suggested some RSO I have been on it now for a month works amazing. Went in to get my cartridges like usual saw Trees who is one of my favorite UGH employees was talking to him briefly long enough to give him a business card due to a previse conversation we had. The guy checking me out, was so rude. I actually left in tears. I shouldn't feel like I have to apologize for asking question about the difference between the classic and uncut batteries.. Then given the eye rolls and asked so what are you getting them lady.... excuse me... I have never been advised not to use the uncut battery on the classic cartridges before so I had questions. Felt like I was ruining that guys day.. He wouldn't even give me his name and his badge was covered.. Never ever have I been treated so rudely. Went in again saw him turned right around and will never take my business here if I see that guy.. Jeremiah, Trees and all other employees whom make me feel welcome thank you.. To that guy your negative attitude will ruin your life...As its ruining others moods...

I posted an earlier review of this establishment and did so in haste. I hadn't made the step to call them first and allow them to rectify the situation, that was wrong and I flagged it because I don't know how to take it down because I am a panda. Upon calling them they instantly offered to rectify the situation. Late a manager called me and offered to go a step above and beyond. I'm an internet douche and these guys are pretty damn good.

I have to start off by saying you guys are awesome. You actually listen to the community's feedback. I love you guys and wish i could shop here all the time. You offer some good deals, and carry dank buds. I just dont think its worth the money. Its just weed. it grows on a tree, and to pay 20$ plus taxs is crazy. I would never pay 20$ for a tomato at walmart. some people will pay that dont get me wrong, but if you want to be the BEST dispensary in az you should be looking out for the patients 100%. making sure everyone leaves completely satisfied and had a good experience. ever where else is charging an arm and a leg for medz. why not beat the competition? i know UGH can do it, and I mean that. Im getting to the point were i much rather just grow my own. Please just consider it.
