Harvest HOC of Phoenix – Alhambra (Med/Rec)

I have been shopping here for over a year and have had three bad experiences and now a forth today. One, I was given the wrong oz strain with the receipt as proof and had to drive back. Two, I was shorted 1/8 on quantity and had to drive back. Three, I bought $100 in gift certificates for the holidays and they forgot to put them in the bag. When I called back they did not believe me with attitude and had to use the security cameras to verify. Today, I came in for my free oz using their Rewards card and was told the computer made an error and they needed to subtract one from my total. I actually had my last purchase receipt showing my reward total. When I asked to speak to a manager they said none were available. Very upset with this establishment. No customer service or appreciation for my business. I will come in one more time for my freebie but probably never again.

I've been frequenting UGD and only UGD for about 6 months now and had wonderful experiences thanks to awesome budtenders like Treece, Adam, Jodi, friendly atmosphere with an excellent selection...I found myself coming in twice a week habitually. Tonight I went for the second night in a row, for only one reason: the battery I purchased there yesterday didn't work. It happens, sometimes batteries are defective. Somehow me going in and politely requesting they swap it out (ya know because it's less than 24 hours old and I'm a good customer who has never asked for such a thing) resulted in the general manager having a screaming match with me in the middle of the room. I've been working in customer service for 10 years and have often admired UGD for that exact quality. Today I learned that the budtenders and cashiers are friendly DESPITE their horrific management, and that is obviously why UGD has such a high turn over rate. I am repulsed by that experience with the General Manager and am incredibly disappointed that I'm breaking up with my favorite dispensary, over a $17 battery.

Urban Greenhouse is "on it"! They have a super friendly and helpful staff. Super specials like Buy 2 - get 1 free for 1/8. The buds are perfection. So tightly manicured and matured. I liked that they don't use pesticides on buds they grow so organic. I got Kosher, GDP, Blue Widow & Hawaii 5-0 - all great size nugs and nice highs. Prices are reasonable. They offer a wide variety including vap pens, edibles and shatter. I would HIGHLY recommend Urban Greenhouse. Very kind people.

so, aside from a little set back with a co2 cartridge(has happend to me from other dispensaries) this Damn place is amazing nice ladies staffing the place, Steven emailed me back about the problems without hesitation told me to bring back all the stuff I was having issues with. BUT the free gram for first time patients was flawless so I can tell you the service and atmospheric presence as well as flower medication is top knotch. if I didn't like 1 hour away they'd be my main go to place to reup on my meds

My ounce of White Star and Disco Funk were A+ (can't argue with 100/oz) But I asked my budtender to recommend me a good sativa and I left with two indica dominant hybrids that were SO DRY 😰😰😰

Very pricy. Staff doesn't care to be there. They must not close their medical containers because my product was very dry. I really used to like you guys last year, unfortunately not returning.

Tried this place a few times. Even though they say you get a choice of the third strain if you buy two I was not given a choice. Also donated ten more than I thought. Won't be coming back again.

Horrible location, you have to drive through the crack head motel 6 parking lot Or drive blocks out of the way just to enter this joint. The budtenders dont know shit & our rude. Its like walmart they have many lanes open but only one worker. They offer shit i didn't ask for and i had so many stems in my pre packaged buds i could have made a camp fire. Do npt waste your time or $$. They attempt to compensate the quality bu offering sales HOWEVER they should know its all about quality Not quantity !

The single most worst experience I've had so far. As a new customer I felt rushed, unheard and extremely uncomfortable. The staff member I received was not educated in the products they offered. He also didn't want to listen to my needs. He kept pointing me to the touch screen display they have there. Instead of pointing me in the right direction. The only thing I can say is DO NOT GO HERE, if your a new card holder. The cannabis I received was nice. Though it was a little too dry. thank you

Very nice place. I was super impressed with the quality of the flowers and the helpful staff. This place is out of the way for me to go but entirely worth the trip. The place was highly professional and clean and I would recommend it to anyone in the phoenix valley.

I think the management needs to brush up on their customer service skills! First I was hung up on by the manager then I was told "well it is a plant" for premature seeds!! I didn't spend the crazy amount for my card to be purchasing product with any seeds! I don't care if it's just one! I don't want them in my purchase. I probably won't be back. As of lately your quality has gone down hill. Too many other fine places to deal with this crap!

Came in for the first time today. Very small waiting area, music was loud (big turn off). Very small service area inside. Leafly menu was obviously not updated properly because 10 minutes before we pulled in, I double checked to make sure what I wanted was still on the menu - it was, but what I wanted wasn't available when I went back. Person that took me back didn't seem real willing to try to make a better deal because I would have had to spend more to get less since the quantity I wanted of a strain wasn't available - I drove all the way from Tempe! Huge waste of time. Not updating menus seems to be a trend and, yeah, we all get that you're busy - but those of us that do take the time to research and have our orders ready rely on you to keep those menus right. Leaving empty handed and the person assisting me not seeming like she wanted to be real helpful immediately turned me off - I likely won't give you a second chance!

I definitely don't like driving 40 minutes to go somewhere, and they don't even have what's on the menu. You end up driving all the way back home (another 40 minutes) with nothing ...been years since I've been here,after a similar incident....HORRIBLE second chance. Don't think any of my friends or I will be back, since it's happened to all of them too... UPDATE YOUR MENU

Waited in line for over an hour. But tender entered my order into their system. Waited another 10 minutes to pick up the product. I'm told they were sold out of my products. WTF Urban Greenhose. You jacked me! Epic Fail on your part. Once my order is entered in your system I should get the product. Highly disappointed.
