Super bad customer service. They have sold me two bad vape cartridges and when I tried to return WITH the receipt I was turned away at the door by the front guy. Do not shop here.

I have always enjoyed going to Weedology, but this time was different. I accidentally handed them an extra $20 and wasn’t able to get it back. Told I’d be called but haven’t heard anything back. That $20 was going to be my lunch money so I couldn’t go eat lunch due to this situation. The girl there I talked to about it was not nice, seemed to have an attitude towards me like it was my problem. The other little thing was that when I opened one of the cartridges (a single tube) and there was not a stopper on it. I would like to say that I have always enjoyed going there and have had good service. But walking away without my $ and being treated so poorly was a huge disappointment.

Honestly, I order online bc I already know what I like. I find it easy to place an order and pick up is usually pretty quick and easy. However, I find it very annoying that the last few times I’ve gone, the employees seem to care more about their personal conversations than help me. I feel like I’m bothering them for asking for my order. I love to tip for good service and I’m a loyal consumer, but earn it.

First time visiting this store. We were greeted by this beautiful individual name “Candace”. I asked her recommendation on some hybrids and some edibles, very knowledgeable. I told her it’s my first time in a long time smoking with a bong and I wanted a good experience. Well she wasn’t kidding! The bong is the only way to go. The flower at this store has really gone downhill lately, especially their prerolls! I've noticed most of my packaged products are either expired or close to. A staff member told me the owners buy almost expired products at discounts, then charge full price to us. This company takes advantage of its customers. I'll never shop here again, and warn others not to on the daily.

I've been going here every other day since open and have always had positive experiences and good value for bud. However, lately it is becoming just another dispensary. I always use their online order because of how many problems i ran into with tenders before and for a while it was much easier than flipping through their 12 page pamphlet because about 10 pages of it is irrelevent products and not bud. Anyway, I ordered a 1/4 oz for $60. got a text message that is was ready to pick up. I get there and they tell me they canceled the order....okay...and that theyre also suddenly out of the product...even though theres a jar of it staring me in the face. so i ask what deals they have or what they can do for me, the guy stares at me blank and offers TWO GRAMS INSTEAD for nearly $40...when i was promised a 1/4 of an oz... like theres just nothing that can be done lol...fuck this place there has to be a better dispensary that doesnt lie to you and actually cares about its customers once it breaks its promise to them.

When I was there a few days ago I'm a disabled veteran. When I made my purchase I thought I would get at least to 10% discount because of my veteran status but all they gave me was a $1 discount on $150 purchase. I will never go back there again. Plus they don't tell you they charge taxes on their items also. There are better places to go in Ontario for your herbs.

sooo.... this may seem like a stupid question. but here we go... I came in about 3-4 days ago and got my online order and decided to throw a little treat on top of it and get myself a joint. so I got a 2-pack of prerolls of some Deadhead OG, from Oregon Cannabis Farms. now here's where it gets weird... after smoking 1... I'm looking at the tube the prerolls came in... I notice the THC and CBD percentages... 27.38% thc and 0.05% cbd.. cool cool, how come those numbers are on a little sticker almost colored the same as the tube, just slightly off. ...obviously I peel the sticker off... to find that underneath is the original THC and CBD numbers... which are 22.9% thc and

This is the most overpriced stop I have ever been to. Service was lacking in any knowledge of the product. Trying to push their overpriced miss labeled top shelf on me. . Will not be going back anytime soon.

Every visit but one was awesome. Unfortunately when I had a return I feel like I was judged on my looks... by the manager only... And denied with insinuations of sabotage. On a 20$ cartridge....? Emails ensued but they have stopped responding.

Did my typical online order....I walk in and was greeted by the door guy (aka Keith) he was very nice and joked....plus his upsell is on point, he was great....than Alina checked me out.....her personality is amazing....super friendly and helpful....

asked if they could order a product for me that they didn't cary and immediately was misunderstood. tried explaining 3 times. won't be spending my money here

My step mom and I drive out from Boise while I was visiting so this was my first trip to Ontario and Weedology. There was a wait, as expected. But everyone was respectful of wearing masks and keeping their social distance. Once inside there as a small wait as well. The shop is huge, with a nice big lobby before getting into the actual shop. Their selection is fantastic, we had so many choices. Their menu is available online to peruse or they offer order ahead. There's no special like for ordering ahead until you get inside, so if you order online, you'll still need to be patient. But how for the real reason of leaving this review. Our budtender, Klu (I'm sorry, I don't know your preferred pronouns!). She was so knowledgeable and so friendly. She made sure we knew we had her undivided attention. I was finally getting my step mom her first pen and tip and Klu was patient and helped answer all our questions. She helped us find the best options and gave us some killer recommendations. If I lived in Boise, this would definitely be my go-to spot.
