I recently got my card and Territory is the first dispensary I’ve been to in AZ. Love this place! The location is beautiful, modern, clean and welcoming. The budtenders are great! Every single person was so patient, knowledgeable and down to earth. Oh and the specials are amazing! Great deals for great products. What a great place! You’ve got a customer for life guys- well done!
welp my fault for not double checking but either way when i ask a budtender for a high thc cartridge i dont expect some low 80s thc with high cbd not satisfied at all

Overall, very quick experience. My first time going was maybe a couple weeks ago & it was the curbside pickup. The service was very fast (which I very much appreciated) & the employee’s were polite. Only complaint was when I had gotten to the bottom of the eighth I purchased, I realized there was a tear in the bag that someone had tried to fix by slapping a sticker on.
Jenna was extremely kind and helpful. She went through first time patients deals with me and helped me understand the flavors of the cartridges I wanted to purchase.

Put in an online order for northern lights oz, got confirmation of my order and even showed up in the time window just to be told they didn't have my order. Or any northern lights. Won't be returning here again.

Territory is my FAVORITE dispensary by FAR! They have quality product and their service is top notch! Jason was so kind and helpful! I will definitely be returning
Love coming in. Always a great selection and a staff to match. They are always the best dispensary around by far.
I've been to approximately 50 different dispensaries in the valley and when it comes down to it this dispensary has the best product the best atmosphere and the best people I prefer them over all others.
The staff is so friendly and always makes me feel welcomed. Their bud is fairly priced and they have great deals daily. The quality of their product is the utmost finest.
The staff is really nice and genuinely care about you and your wellness. I never feel rushed or like I'm just another customer. Prices aren't the cheapest out there, but the quality is well worth it. Quality meds dont come cheap! LOVE that you get rewards through them too. Highly recommend this place!

Really good dispensary with tax included in price !

First time going here. Staff was super friendly and place looked amazing. Only complaint is I had placed my order for pick up and when I got home only half of it was right. Emailed location but no response. A little disappointed as some of the things left out new new stuff I wanted to try. No one said anything to me when I picked up about not having somethings in stock or anything so not sure what happenen. Still deciding if I will give a second chance.

The people are very nice and pleasant to do business with but tonight I ordered 2 carts that were 1g each for 40 bucks each. The order confirmed and order showed ready to pick up. I get there to pick them up and they give me 2 half gram carts. I asked why they gave me half gram carts and they said they don’t carry the one gram carts. They could have called or text me or offered to make up the difference but even after showing the order and all I was given just normal pricing with military discount.
Love this place! I always have a good experience each time I come!
top notch customer service and a great selection of the best trees anywhere definitely worth checking out I will return to this dispensary thanks
