“The customer is always right” .... Or in this situation, the patient is always right. And this patient says that Territory is all about patient service first!! Territory is second to none when it comes to great attitudes and willingness to please their patients. Although accurate, I use the term “patient” hesitantly as I honestly feel like family when I visit. Their staff always asks how my day is going and actually remembers me and our previous conversations. I’m not just treated like a number, I’m treated like a relative. Furthermore, they are extremely knowledgeable about their products and their recommendations have been spot on! I don’t recommend places often but I will recommend this place a thousand times. I use to make a 20 minute drive to their other location because they’re worth it and I don’t trust just anyone when it come to my medication. I feel so lucky that they built this new awesome building in the deeper east valley!!! Now it practically is my home! :) If you visit and have any issues (which I doubt you will), bring it to the awesome people of Territory’s attention and I’m sure they’ll prove to you why they’re sitting at the top of the tie stick (or food chain)! Can’t wait for the grand opening!!!!!!

My new go-to shop. First off, this place is beautiful from the road, and very welcoming. Team is super friendly and I felt very at home. Secondly, they have some of the best selection in the valley. Super high quality stuff, and popular strains that I have trouble finding. Would highly recommend!
I love these guys!! They greet me by name, always have what I need. their bud tenders are fantastic.. haven't been to another dispensary since I started going to this one!

Being that they are fairly new to this location, they were sold out of most of the top shelf flower, with no pure sativa flower available. Budtender was great in hooking me up with some decent hybrids, so I will come again in the future when they have more in stock.
I wish that the text messages I signed up to receive, for the deals of the day were for this location(haven’t even been to another location). It’s a cool place but disappointing on that part.

Another lame excuse for a medical dispensary. It's inexcusable when you call to confirm their Leafly inventory, "oh yeah I see at least a few of each right here" then you show up 25min later to hear "uh, are you sure you called today?, cuz nah we dont have any of that and we havent all day" They seriously said that to me. Both products were still on Leafly an hour later, as I spent my $ elsewhere. You would be wise to do the same.

I have been a customer to this place a few times since they have opened and will NEVER go back again. Other dispensaries stand by their work. This place told me I’m on my own when I tried to exchange a brand new (faulty) cartridge that I had just purchased from them. ...their advice was to reach out to the manufacturer and hopefully they’ll come find me and give me a replacement?? BS I have tried contacting the manu and it’s been crickets.
It’s a very friendly environment with great staff and wonderful product.
