I absolutely love coming to this dispensary. I visit many dispensaries to test quality and customer service, territory is the best. the staff is highly knowledgeable and always greets me by name before I even hand them my card. I love stopping in for medible Mondays for the lemon tea cake or Haze and main milk chocolate bar...great prices... strawberry fields flower is Fire!!!

great prices great flower friendly staff very helpful
The atmosphere is dope, really nice looking place. Which automatically sets a high expectation. But the flower is mediocre. Even the premium bud was just not all that. Lol I won’t be returning the bud is super dry too. When I shop I only buy premium. So my expectations are high
Love the people, place, and products! Only thing that needs fixing is the automated door. I would recommend setting it up to only a button? Would still look cool and work well!

This location does a poor job of inventory management. If you're a fan of Timeless do yourself a favor and go somewhere else because they don't carry many strains and the good ones are never in stock.

It appears as though you came in the day after our Timeless buy one, get one free sale. As you can imagine, those do sell out quickly. Our inventory manager is very knowledgeable and thorough and they are back in stock. It was my first time at the new location. I’m a regular at Territory Chandler. On top of the great Meds the people there are amazing. I’m greeted right as soon as I walk in the door and they refer to me as their Fam 🥰. Today I snagged a Sweet Black Angle joint and it was probably one of the best joints I’ve had in awhile. Thanks for always making my day!

Went last night and bought a bunch of goldsmith. Would have been nice to be told that it should have been 20 percent off (since it was sunday) rather than the full price they charged me. don't know if I'll ever go back

Amazing customer service & beautiful building.
I stopped by on the day they were set to open on the 5th and they were held up apparently the state hadn't come by to do their audit yet and I understand that. I'm not worried. everyone else seems to be upset but I can also understand that. unfortunately the state did not get them audited and that's what we're waiting on. I met the general manager when I went there and she was super nice. looking forward to meeting others that work there and seeing her again.

customer service is not a must here.. this is the only dispensary in the entire valley that doesn't take the cannapages coupon through the phone. you have to bring in the actual physical coupon. so for people like me who have to coordinate getting a ride from deep San tan (20 + miles from this location) to be told that there deal you were trying to save money on is actually not going to work because they don't so things like all every other dispensarys is a great way to lose business.
love this place. The flower is bomb service is great and deals are off the chain
