I was a little worried about paying the money up front, but they have a money-back guarantee if you aren't certified so that put me at ease. They got me certified right away and had top of the line customer service. I was able to do the whole appointment from home on my smart phone. They even went out of their way to walk me through the application step by step when I called with a couple questions after my appointment. Overall, it was a quick and easy process that was reasonably priced and the customer service was top of the line.

I left a one-star review earlier, and I can't find an edit feature to edit that review to offer an update. The issue was resolved. Their systems had gone down for hours, and as soon as they realized the problem, they contacted me and did the appointment right after explaining the situation. They were courteous, friendly, and very apologetic for what had happened. It was simply bad timing that the system went down when it did.

The doctor was excellent to work with. He also answered my questions in a way that insured I understood what he was saying. The process was easy and understandable. I look forward to working with this doctor again next year.

The process is so quick and easy and everyone I’ve had contact with with has been wonderful to work with! Filled out my paperwork and they do the rest. Doesn’t get any easier!

Very good service, was initially hesitant about the online MMJ card certification, but the doctor was very informative, kind and seems genuine caring about helping patients in obtaining their medical cards. He answered all questions and helped me obtain my card in a very easy and smooth process. Fully recommended!
