I had a great experience. In the video call session, I was not able to explain my problem. But then the doctor was really kind and he helped me throughout the session.

From walking me through setting up my phone to use Google Meet to the professionalism of the staff and doctor(s), these folks embody their name to a T. Everything they do is about making it fast, easy, and convenient to certify or recertify in under fifteen minutes. This is my second year recertifying and I look forward to next year's!

Never would I have thought the process would be this easy. When she told me it would be 95$ and she would immediately send me the paperwork I needed to go to a dispensary I didn't believe it.
