Where to celebrate Canada’s first anniversary of legalization

Canada’s first anniversary of legalization is cause to celebrate! Not only does October 17, 2019, mark a full year of legalized cannabis in the country, it’s also the onset of the second wave of legalization in the Great White North, with edibles, extracts, and topicals expected to hit retail shelves before the end of the year.
