The lines are long and they don't have separate ones for med and rec, but the service was good. I won't be coming g here again though. I got 6g of wax and all 3 that came in cellophane were a disaster. I lost product not being able to scrape everything off, even though I refrigerated them for a bit first. They were soft, grainy and the wax was all over the place, including on the inside of the packages. too much trouble and loss for me.
Is it called baseline flower because you leave big stems hanging off of the buds? I haven't had a flower quality issue with you guys in ages, but both 8ths of Chile Verde I got were FULL of stems, and not just mixed in with the buds, like a popcorn bud with a half inch or longer stem sticking out. the hibiscus I got for the same price was waaaaaaay nicer. I'll be needing to seriously check things over from here on out again.
Thank you for being so amazing and careful! I travel from Chandler and it's always well worth the drive. great bud, amazing budtenders and clean environment!
I preordered a Derp strain, that wasn't listed listed on any sale or anything, thinking I could use my FTP because as far as Leafly showed it would qualify, I even used the texting function to verify and never got a response, but I got there and was informed it wouldn't. I didn't understand at all... It wasn't Grow Science or part of their daily or weekly sales, which are the FTP exceptions listed by them. My budtender, Gino I think, was great and tried to talk to a higher up, but they wouldn't do it. As a "consolation" I was assured I would be able to keep my FTP for next time, but there honestly won't be a next time.
I wasn't trying to be a pain. I wasn't complaining about something stupid. I did the research I could to pick something that met their restrictions, tried to communicate using a method they support via Leafly beforehand to check and was ignored, then told that they couldn't do it because they don't advertise that they have a deal with the grower and it's excluded from the FTP for some reason.
I didn't do anything wrong and left feeling shorted. That doesn't make me want to do business with them at all. I'm sure they won't miss 1 customer, but it still sucks.
Yesterday was my first visit and I had posted an initial review saying my first impressions weren't good, but shortly after that I was contacted about it and asked to come back so that things could been fixed. I did go in and everything was resolved, turns out it was a miscommunication that snowballed a bit. They corrected everything and made sure I felt valued as a customer.
With so many dispenseries available these days, I definitely find myself sticking with the ones who take care of their customers. Special thanks to Kyle for being awesome, I truly appreciate it man!
