Great tropical musky flavors. Very much a sativa in terms of the high hitting your brain, but quite indica in the sense that it relaxes you and slows everything down

~1 gram a day smoker, tried this one with a .1g bowl and it had me NOT on my ass, but instead euphoric, calm, hopeful, and it felt like my awareness had INCREASED. Could easily sleep if I wanted to, but this high is too good to sleep it off.. I’m both getting shit done and having fun with it, but not because of extra energy- more because I don’t care that I’m not laying down doing almost nothing 🤭..

With that being said, the effects are great for that short time. While this batch was sitting at 9%! THC, a nice .1g bowl got me high enough to feel it in my whole body. Nice relaxing, but hazy high. Definitely a good one to meditate with as it’s not too distracting. (if it does distract you, it’ll do so by making you all smiley).
I’ll never rag on low thc but I will rag on <.6% terps.. I’m one for scent and flavor and I don’t get much with this strain. I will say though, I do get lots of honey flavor when smoking this in a joint.
Not too shabby for a bogo strain, but I hope to get a better batch of this so I can write a better review!
Garlic Mushroom and Onions!
If you’re a fan of those funky strains that smell like meat, tar, asphalt, or musk, this is for you.
Some batches smell and taste like a burger with swiss, mushrooms, onions, and fresh garlic 🤤. Some cuts will be more diesely. Either way, this stuff hits right.
Effects are very even and hybrid, with more cerebral stimulation at higher doses for me. Little bowl and I’m relaxed and chillin, big blunt and I want to party. As far as bodily effects, I mostly feel it hit my face, neck and shoulders. Kind of a quick burst of tension that is followed up with waves of release. Great for after a long day of work!

Depends on the harvest and the individual buds I get - sometimes typical conical green with orange hairs, sometimes hints of deep purple, nearly black with tons of long bright orange hairs.
Scent: 3/5
Solid and deep wild raspberry with some extra earthy funk. It’s high quality, just not my favorite terp profile archetype in terms of smell. High myrcene (1%+) giving that natural fresh picked raspberry flavor. Medium/low piney but mostly earthy expression of pinene. Slight caryophylene spice, giving it some extra funk. And a noticeable amount of Ocimene.. (~.1-.3%)+. Ocimene gives a minty, bright flavor and seems to round off the other smells- keeping it sweet.
Flavor: 4-5/5
If the batch is higher in Ocimene than usual (.3%+), this strain tastes amazing. Otherwise it’s still very good, noting the lowest terp % I’ve seen is 2.7. I saw someone said they notice a raspberry yogurt flavor, and that seems to nail it on the head. Extra creamy if there’s more caryophylene in the batch.
Smoke vs. Vaporizer: You get more of the deep earthy flavor when it’s smoked, so it’s closer to mango than raspberry on some hits. With the vaporizer you get more of that bright, sweet, creamy raspberry flavor.

While this “weed archetype” isn’t my favorite to smell (similar to Maui Wowie, sweet island skunk, etc..), it had some of my favorite effects. Myrcene tends to feel sleepy and couch locky for me, especially over 1%. Pinene helps keep it more clearheaded. Caryophylene gives you that feel good comfort. Ocimene once again, rounds it all off, giving it a sort of tipsy headspace. Sleepy and tipsy, yet clear and comforting. I’d say this is a perfect strain for a very lowkey day at the beach, bedtime/wind down ritual, chillin with close friends and shooting the shit. I must note that this strain seems to relieve some general muscle aches and pains more than most other strains. After a decent joint, my muscles auto relax.
Overall, a great strain if you enjoy the tropical/floral class of ganja. Think of the sweet, earthy, floral stuff. If you like Maui Wowie or any mango flavored strains you’ll certainly love this kush. It’s got the soothing and relaxing headspace that can fix a day going off the rails, but if you smoke too much you may need a nap 😴.
Raspberry Kush is a top shelf strain, especially considering the quality at its price point. I spent $30 on a quarter, sitting at 17% thc and 3.2% terps 😯.. That’s the exact way I like my numbers, seems to give the longest lasting and most holistic high.
Serious Happiness is in my Top 5 Favorite Strains around my area. It’s grown here by Nature’s Palliative. I prefer heirloom and “craft” strains with a distinct flavor and standout effects.
Serious Happiness smells like creamy mint, with a bit of a fresh strawberry smell in good whiffs or when freshly ground. It has that underlying floral/tea smell in the background, especially when it’s drier.
Flavor is similar but creamier and nuttier when smoked, almost like a classic 2016 gsc but sweeter. When vaporized, the strawberries and cream flavors come out.
Effects are why this strain is undoubtedly top 5 in my area. It’s in the name! I’ve never really been able to have a bad mood when consuming this strain. In lower doses, the sativa shines and it’s quite clearheaded. Little .25g joint should do for a good natural antidepressant, for me - ADHD medication. Medium doses (.4-.8g) are great for a kickback, night in, or out with friends. Not too heady but definitely buzzing, gentle euphoria and increased presence 🧘♂️. Starting to notice relaxing effects on the body, but no couchlock yet. (Of course, sex is great but you wanna be prepared for that slow going sensual shit…) Higher doses (1g+) leave you with a perma-smile for at least an hour. If you’ve had a long day and come home to a blunt you will look down on those petty grievances with a smirk, wondering why you even cared in the first place. Simply put, you get that happy warm fuzzy feeling, similar to a burst of oxytocin. This strains effects remind me of some LA Cake I used to get in ~2017. Even after a fatty you can get up and get easier tasks done, or get into a flow with something simple, but most prefer to be idle.. Hip muscles are feeling relaxed and the knots in my shoulders and back seem non-existent.
If you need a gentle mood boost throughout the day, a chill night with the homies, or a full reset, Serious Happiness is for you. Even after going through 3/4 of my oz, it still leaves me seriously happy.
Great strain when grown correctly. I would classify it under the gas/diesel archetype. Similar to the smell/taste of a good classic kush strain. Along with gasolina we got the classic hashy flavor.. sweet hashy gas with a noticeable hint of lemon.
Effects have me soaring. This is my favorite weed to smoke when I want a heavy hit of calm (vs. overactive thinking) and mood boost. I prefer to smoke this after work/obligations when I can be free. It has potential to turn a bad day into a carefree, playful day.
I smoke and use dry herb vape depending on the session. At lower temps on the vaporizer, this is a very functional mood enhancer. Higher temps it starts to be more inebriating but still clearer than most strains. When I smoke a .5-1g joint I am in the perfect mood to hang with friends in a generally relaxed setting.
Industry friends of mine grew this strain themselves both for sale and for personal smoke. I can see why. I get this stuff in surplus from them and I love it. Their cut is very much sativa-like in effect. First terpene: limonene ~.7% Second: Myrcene ~.5%. This stuff smells like a sativa and leads in a sativa leaning terpene. It also tests out at 19% thc.
This feels like what a sativa dom hybrid should feel. Uplifted and motivated, even energized to an extent - but without any of the anxiety/or tension and puts you in a relaxed headspace. For me, a little quarter gram joint is the perfect amount to put me right into flow state. Anything over .5 or .6 gets very buzzy and possibly distracting, but is still good for simple busy work type tasks.
Good taste, good smell, solid bug structure, GREAT effects, can’t forget to mention the bag appeal {ALL DARK PURPS save for a few lime green spots and orange hairs}
All in all, good smoke. Pair it with a little bit of cbd for top tier adhd medicine!!
One of my favorite indica strains I’ve tried recently. Feels more truly “indica” than most other strains I’ve gotten in this states legal market. This is surprising due to the sativa heritage. I’m more of a sativa guy, but for the nighttime I like a heavy sleepy indica. This does just that for me and more.
It can be pretty heady; almost even psychedelic, but in a very relaxing way. At the same time giving you a very relaxing body buzz. My sore muscles relaxed into painlessness this particular sesh and it never ceases to help with my small aches and pains.
I’ve smoked and vaporized (dry herb) this strain but vapor is the best. When using a dry herb vape you get the full flavor of this bud in a much more pronounced way. I step the temp up from 360°- 420°f over the course of 20+ minutes to get the most cbn out of it, helping aid the sleepy body high and make it more narcotic.
Flavor/nose is exceptional in my opinion. It smells like earl grey tea, and when vaporized it has more of a honey berry earl grey flavor. When smoked I tasted a more creamy berry flavor.
All in all I give it 5 stars. Probably my favorite indica over the past few months due to its status as a true nighttime strain instead of a plain ol indica hybrid. Good sleepy narcotic stone 👍👍
There was a surplus sale on Tropicana Cookies so I had to give it a try. Starting off, the smell is great. It reminds me of a strain I’ve had called Point Break, which smells exactly like orange Gatorade. This has that scent but mixed with that classic cookies flavor - earthy and sweet with a little bit of nutty spice. Next is the visual. The nugs I got are small and have LOTS of super dark purple. I’m guessing that comes from the forum cut of the cookies they used to cross - it has 50/50 green and black color, very pretty. I got popcorn nugs which was alright because it gave me even more of a deal on top of the sale lmao. I had to roll up a little joint the ground up trop cookies was straight dark purple. I rolled it up in a joint and smoked away. I’ll have to try this in the vaporizer soon for better flavor profile but smoking it still had that bright citrus flavor on the inhale, and the earthy /nutty cookies flavor on the exhale. The effects are very nice. I have adhd and cookies strains have always helped, but the combo of the Durban poison from the cookies and the Tropicana terps makes it even more stimulating and energetic. On top of that I feel more of that buzzy high. Super tingly.
All in all this is a very solid strain. If you like racy sativas, but get paranoid or anxious, this one’s for you. It focuses up your brain and stimulates you, while still keeping you relaxed and comfortable.
