I went to PONDEROSA DISPENSARY on CAVE CREEK ROAD in NORTH Phoenix, AZ Today 5/9/25 for the FIRST & LAST TIME! PONDEROSA DISPENSARY does not care about handicapped or disabled people what so ever! I use a walker & there is no place to sit in their cramped lobby in order to wait for next person to sell me something & the girl at the front desk also trys to sell you something while you wait? "NO SENSE" There a few bar stools in the lobby that are four feet off the ground (GREAT LIABILITY LAWSUIT) NO WHERE TO SIT & WAIT? PONDEROSA DISPENSARY DOES NOT WANT DISABLED PEOPLE'S MONEY??? PONDEROSA DISPENSARY has "PONDY" on the front entrance door NOT PONDEROSA DISPENSARY no thought that maybe it's a great way to lose a customers with a no correct name!!
