Went to this dispensary for the 3rd time because I had an amazing experience the first two times. Gave a wonderful review on google for them and so did my mom. This 3rd time was horrible for the 2nd time in a row you were out of prerolls for my review I did and Candie wasn’t even helping me but became combative and rude as heck about it. My advice on that is to save half the review prerolls for days and half of them for the night any extra review prerolls at night save them for the next morning batch too. Jon helped me and I guess he was new he was nervous because he told me completely wrong pricing and Candie felt the need to rudely interrupt his apologize as she was giving him ugly faces for messing up. I didn’t mind at all it was Candie who had to step in and try to just be ugly I even had to interrupt her and say “yo I’m not here to argue with you if you’re out of prerolls so be it it’s cool you don’t have to keep telling me over and over and raise your tone with me it’s not that serious.” She rolled her eyes and just stopped talking. I’m not going to refer anyone here until they find a solution for the review prerolls and rude customer service.

I love that Kameron this morning greets every patient the same early bird gets the worm like always i love love love this dispensary and appreciate the continued Ganja love you spread thank you for keeping it clean and neat 💪🏽💚💪🏽🦋🦋🦋🦋. 💋💨

I love how no matter where the Cannabis industry goes HWC stays true to our culture Ganja love spread well and the supervisors are the dopest of dope helping in front guiding us patients and doing right for the cause i appreciate and dont just love yall i adore you trying the preorder for the first time and love the text messages 🦋💋💨💪🏽💚💪🏽

I am in disbelief of what Reef has become a security guard at front dest no greetings no music any more no donuts any more and no ice water no express talk about needed prayer Reef has gone from being amazing comfortable 10 star ganja spreading with love to sadness over priced inconsiderate and huge lack of customer service I actually gave Reef a 2nd chance after I was given attitude for asking questions the gentlemen had no idea about when he should have maybe money has gotten to reef but all he said was the corporate came in and screwed everything up i accidently went in the exit door instead of the entry door on the other side because i wasnt given a tour or even a point to where to go and then the budtendar starts laughing at me and making fun of me with another patient but not in a jokingly way they were talking to me like im slow when i was standing their in disbelief on how sad this place is in every business there are those companies that become money driven and forget about what Ganja really is and thats the case here ill pray for better days for Reef and for them to remember who they were and who they've become and how by their actions they will have a reaction from their patients
