Really great place overall, just be on the lookout for the quality of the bud you're receiving!
The staff I interacted with was pleasant, friendly and helpful. Both my bud tender, named Saira, and the guy up front were enthusiastic in answering any questions I had to the best of their ability. Saira is a cool/fun and friendly girl named who I could tell enjoyed giving me all her recommendations and sharing her experiences, not b/c she's required to as an employee, but because this beautiful flower makes her genuinely passionate :)
The place has a professional, clean, modern ambience to it (love all the colorful containers that uniquely fill the walls), and its in a nice part of town. It's a big dispensary with a nice separate waiting room, and definitely maintains a nice kind of professionalism. They have a really nice selection of products from what I saw/Saira told me; dynamic enough for any kind of patient.
My only "disappointment" here was with some aspects of the quality of the 2 strains of flower I purchased (train wreck and super lemon haze). First off, the positives: they smelled amazing (super rich, dynamic scents!), the buds also LOOKED very pretty, and the effects of the train wreck hit me intensely and instantly (like a very very enjoyable freight train), and the super lemon haze was also very enjoyable.
However, the cons..those potent effects wore off unusually quickly, I found a seed in each of the 1 little .3 nugs i broke apart of each strain, and the train wreck I purchased was almost 2 weeks old and pretty darn dry..I guess they might have all their buds pre-packaged (maybe just grams), so you may have to ask how long ago it was packaged before you buy. I really don't know anything about growing, but I've heard that seeds and short highs can be attributed to improper growth/curing..so something to be aware of as far as the potential quality/potency of flower meds here. Regardless, the buds look/smell better than a lot of other places!
*Update: I've tried a different strain (strawberry cough) from their sister dispensary in N. Phx, and found it to be very potent, with long-lasting effects. So idk if it just wasn't a good batch i got from this location, if the 2 locations have different supplies, or what! Just fyi :)
Another positive of the place was their little goodies--good first patient/referral specials, and they gave me a cool little re-fillable lighter with packing tool attached. So all in all, it was very enjoyable and I would recommend. My only warning would be they might not be growing/curing completely properly, and you gotta make sure to check that you're getting fresh meds.
