The customer service is spot on every time here. Thanks to Tyler and Alyssa for amazing phone help. Gonna get my granola funk and valley of oz! Their flower has improved greatly and the price isn’t affordable.

I called just curious about their flower. Jamie was so awesome with answering questions and recommendations that I ordered 2 quarters online while on the phone. Amazing service. Most dispos don’t even answer the phone. She talked for 5 minutes with me.

Curaleaf killed one of my favorite dispos, midtown roots when they bought it. But the way in which they have told med patients to fuck off since rec, they forever will not get my $. Shame on you. You don’t care. You are a greedy shitty company that answers to its investors. I wish you could go exclusive rec, and some other company could have your med license. Then you could feed your trash weed and piss cura carts to the rec masses.

I have orders from the Scottsdale location and the customer service is spot on best in the valley. Did an online order today and I had problems with my order (user error of course). They reached out and helped me fix it. AMAZING!! They have it packed and ready for me. Thanks Brady.

I haven’t been to Sol in a few years. I got there today (Friday) at lunch and it was packed. No prob. Lots of staff. Organized lines and I was talking with Dan(k) my budtender within 5 to 10 minutes. Dan was awesome! Told me I’m a new patient since it’s been so long since I’ve been there. I didn’t have to ask. I ended up leaving with a gorilla cookies batter for free! I’m DEFINITELY returning to Sol Flower! Best experience!

This was my second time back and it’s quite a drive for me, but so worth it! The place is beautiful! So nice, clean and open. And I love the staff. HWC keeps you coming back cause they offer great prices but at both locations they have consistently rad service!! I went today during grand opening and while there was a line, they have their shit organized- and all during COVID!!

Been here only once before and the flower was fire. I tried a friends live resin cart and it’s amazing. Gonna get a bunch this weekend - 2 for $50!
