I am curious why almost all strains you produce have dropped in quality by at least 25%. It is the reason I havent shopped with you for a while. What happened to pcc and why has the experience gone from great to I can find better elsewhere? Just sayin...

You didnt like my review last time, eh? Why? I gave good comment and asked you to bring back a fav strain. Kinda like you only care about 100 % simple I love this place comments instead of actual opinions that do matter. Good luck with that.

Horrible attention to detail with this Dispensary's Sales Staff. I ordered at noon. I waited 3 hours for a message in response to my online order. I left for the dispensary thinking it wouldn't be long before a confirmation came through in text. It never came. I went to the sort and asked about it and was told to wait for the message to arrive. It never did. I waited 30 minutes in my car before asking the guard again. This time he actually checked. Came back out and apologized for the mix up. Waited 20 more minutes in line. At the counter was told that only 1/3 of what I ordered is available for me to purchase. The other items I ordered were already sold out. I was told that the other choices were thrown in for me already (Thanks for assuming I wanted something besides what I ordered) and they were going to discount it fo4 me. I left with 1/3 of my order and will NEVER be back. Thanks for letting a patient down at a time when things aren't so great. Good Luck Debbie
