I saved my points all year for my birthday to treat myself like I do every year. however this year I got told I couldn't use my points. I was told I could use up to $40.
before and Apparently they have a new rule where you can only use $10 Of your points towards something that costs More then $10. I honestly feel like I spent all that money and saved up points and then I got told I couldn't use it unless I pay them more!?!?! Nirvanna is becoming very greedy and customer service has gone way down hill. It's no wonder all the amazing bud tenders that were previously there are all gone. nirvanna used to be my go to place because people and prices there were good but it's completely opposite now. I've been going to nirvanna sent it opened its doors on 35th and ave and when they opened 75th ave. so I know for a fact that they changed the rules or the bud tenders were just trying to make an extra buck and lied to me claiming they worked there sense it opened. Idk maybe they are making commission and that's why customer service has gone so far down hill. all I can say is I will actively tell people NOT to come here so they don't get treated as badly like I did!!!
